I see your point -- I really do -- but at some point rational, liberty-loving people must go on offense because we've seen what three decades of playing defense has resulted in. (That's not to say you should put your job at risk!)

(As an aside, it's true that I'm not a doctor nor am I a scientist. What I am is starting my 55th year as an environmental health and safety professional/engineer in heavy industry and big agriculture which includes over five decades of hands-on experience with the application and use of personal protective equipment. It's not just the total ineffectiveness of using a mask -- improperly selected, applied, fit-tested, worn and maintained by almost every single person who has worn one over the past 14 months -- in a vain attempt to control transmission of a respiratory virus that angers me, it's the incessant lies of professionals and self-described "experts" who know better ... who know what they expound, what they promise, what they demand of us ... is lies, more lies and damned lies.)
