Times tried to play it up as the hick rube Christians in the heartland being too dopey to buy into it. Turns out, the reasons they gave were well-thought-out and logical. “We don’t want it until there’s more testing and we know the long-term effects.” I’m surprised the Times even printed that part

I have a couple questions. I honestly don’t know the answers, or even an opinion.
Who is more likely to catch COVID: someone who has had the virus and recovered or someone who has been inoculated for COVID?
Who is more likely to transmit the virus: someone who has recovered from it or someone who has been in inoculated?

I got the Pfizer vax. As far as I know, I’m at full immunity. I am opposed to vax passports and mask mandates, but I’m still glad you will be staying far, far away from me.

I might have had a mild case of this last August. I had a mild fever that lasted more than a couple of weeks. I got tested twice, six days apart, but the tests were both negative, and those quick tests are also unreliable.
So it wouldn’t surprise me if I already had it, given that there seems to be a galaxy of different ways in which COVID can present. But I didn’t want to wait in one of those Ticket Master type lines for an antibody test, so fast forward to this year, and I got the Pfizer shots.
What does it say about our govt, and our CDC, that every American was not made aware of Vitamin D3 prophylaxis and had it provided to all elderly, homebound, and “ underserved” groups?

I’m not worried if other people don’t get vaccinated; it just means herd immunity comes a little later. Given that all the vaxxes are under emergency approval, the whole thing is like a giant medical beta test, especially with the mRNA shots. So I don’t think these things should be required for your job, unless an individual health concern (doctor’s office, dentist, hospital, etc.) wants to require them for a job. Leave the rest of the economic sectors alone.
If the GOVERNMENT starts requiring people to get the shot, we should tell the government to SMD.

BTW, it would seem that you are upset about some thread being pulled...It is an internet forum...Comments and threads sometimes get pulled—but IMHO it is really poor form to deliberately attempt to get them pulled because you don’t like them...
