The original is slightly better resolution - either way, there is nothing in his hand. He is holding them up and shrugging "Who me"?

The gun that was shown in the other video is on the other side of the fence, about 10 feet to the kid's right.

By the way, that looked like a heart shot, the kid was dead within seconds.

there is a pic where there is a gun on his right hand. but i believe it was dropped way before the office shout “drop it” and shoot.
