Opioids like fentanyl cause tiny pupils (miosis).

Hypoxia causes dilated pupils (Mydriasis).

The autopsy says there was no asphyxiation or damage to the throat, wondpipe and neck. No petikiai.

The most interesting thing I have learned from the news since the trial began is the fact that Officer Chauvin who supposedly crushed the poor innocent and obviously scared George Floyd is a staggering 5’9” and a whopping 140 lbs.
He’s the size of those officers who almost always call for backup immediately. I call them half cops. Most police departments refer to them as female officers.
Floyd was initially hopped up and in an agitated state before the rest of his drugs kicked in.
The whole knee on the neck narrative is media created bs.
5’9” 140 Think about that.

“””If he made it to the hospital and maybe an hour or two after”””

I watched an earlier segment of the trial where the paramedics testified they went a few blocks away with a cop in the back of the ambulance to await the firetruck.

Because of confusion it took like 30 minutes for the firetruck to arrive and a fireman took over from the cop and did the same thing the cop was doing.

Typical bureaucracy. The ambulance could have gone directly to the Emergency Room instead of waiting.

George Floyd could still be alive.

George Floyd was an accident waiting to happen. The timing and the venue is what makes this drama so noteworthy.

I would be more worried about a small businessman who may try to stay with his business as that one fellow who burned to death did.

When they first tried to take him into custody, St George was saying he could not breathe. He overdosed on fentanyl and it was stopping his breathing.

You are right but the defense attorney seemed to think the pupils were a helpful fact. Perhaps it helps the cop to defend why Chauvin was not given Narcan? Maybe the EMT was wrong? I’m just a lay person so my opinions don’t much matter, other than the jury is made up of folks like me.

This would describe George Kirby

A person that is overdosing on fentanyl may exhibit the following signs and symptoms:2,7

Low blood pressure
Drowsiness
Dizziness
Nausea and vomiting
Limp body
Changes in pupillary size
Cold and clammy skin
Blue colored lips and fingernails (cyanosis)
Slowed or stopped breathing
Decreased heart rate
Reduced or loss of consciousness
Coma
The presence of the “opioid overdose triad of symptoms,” which is comprised of pinpoint pupils, respiratory depression, and a decreased level of consciousness, is strongly suggestive of a fentanyl overdose.7

2 numbers in this case
1) 3 ng / ml deadly dose of fentanyl for human
2) 11 ng / ml in Floyd’s body per autopsy report

I think every other person getting arrested these days claims they can’t breathe. I have seen a person OD on Fentanyl and they could not speak. Breathing was gaspy and very slow. I suppose all OD’s don’t look alike though.

You’re not much of a researcher. The police agency in question specifically allowed the knee to neck hold under the circumstances of the Floyd arrest. It’s not something the mainstream media wants to talk about but I have seen pictures of the manual published.

Theatre. Local media in FLORIDA talks about how trial has been stopped because of the so-called raw wmotion.

Huh. $27,000,000 of taxpayer money as a payout to Floyd’s family.....never mentioned.

————————————————

What happened to Floyd was no accident. He went through his whole substandard life making one bad decision after another. He chose poorly. He died poorly.

I would too.

considering the ‘temperature’, this should have been moved to a different venue.

Are we sure about height weight. 140 really underweight. I saw that ht weight on internet but people just repost. I also saw his height at 6 ft and 176 pounds.
