I wholeheartedly agree with your post there. To sum it up, this may be a tempest in a teapot, it may well be.
But as we have seen, “gaslighting” is something that the left has embraced as a core strategy.
And if someone tells me there was nothing there, and I can see there was indeed something there… There is either nothing there, or I am being “gaslighted”.
And there is clearly something there. Whether it is nefarious, neglect, or incompetence, we don’t know. But it is indeed there, and people saying that it isn’t there should make us question them.
The top of his head is completely gone at 7 seconds.
I get it but why do this?
There is something there. Whether people use the wrong term or technique, saying that it was a green screen, or whether it was altered video, isn’t really the point.
The point is that the video was clearly altered in someway. I defy anybody to look at that screen capture shown above that I posted, and explain how that happens without editing.
So it may not be a green screen. But there was editing of some kind that is Undeniable.
The real questions are, who altered the video, and why did they alter the video?
It doesn’t disservice to people to say that there’s nothing wrong with that video that was shown, because they’re clearly is something wrong with it and the nature of what is wrong with it is not an inherent bug of the technology, pixelization, signal loss, etc.
There may be a valid and innocent explanation. People are entitled to get that explanation from The source of the video, and lacking that, are completely entitled speculate.
Indeed, the report tweaked my interest and the hand over mic cannot be missed. The other thing is the crispness of his image to the fuzziness of the background, could be explained due to focus of the camera, but I'm not a camera expert.
I real administration would get out in front of this and tell whomever made this fake to knock it off. But they won’t....
We have to think outside the box, these people are sneaky. They will take every opportunity to have us look at the shinny object.
When I first watched that video, to me, Biden seemed odd as he approached. Something was off. Contrast, sharpness, something.
My wife paints, and every once in a while, some thing is off in a composition and the perspective isn’t quite right.
When you look at the painting...something is wrong, but after a while, you realize that something about the perspective isn’t consistent throughout, and it sets off an alarm.
Same thing in that video. Something didn’t seem right, but I initially wrote it off.

As I have said, that is quite possibly intentional, just to make us distrust everything.
I haven't been in the business for a decade now, but I spent almost 30 years in video engineering through Cable Public Access and local broadcast television stations.
Professional cameras have a circuit called Edge Enhancement that makes transitions from light to dark appear more sharp. It was usually over-used on NTSC cameras to make the images look more crisp, but the effect was to put a black edge around things.
These days the effect is probably digital rather than analog as it was in my day, so that adds to the effect. Also, the video has been digitally compressed, further distorting the effect.

That one proves that there was no Green Screen used. The same light gray blimp appears in both videos. The gray blimp (slang for a windscreen on a shotgun mic) is seen below his elbow in the lower image, almost behind him. It is coming into the shot from Biden's right, on long fishpole, so it first starts out behind Biden.
It is a large blimp so it appears closer, it is not in focus in the upper image, and it is fuzzy which makes it look out of focus even when it is in focus.
Much ado about one small video effect.

As I said earlier...Maybe to make it look like he’s capable of answering impromptu questions? Or maybe to make him look more like Trump? Or that he’s not avoiding or afraid of answering reporters’ questions?
I agree, that only looked suspicious to me, that fine white line along the edge of the jacket, I did not ascribe a lot to it.
His hand appearing in front of the microphone-that is something else altogether.
One thing I haven’t seen anyone mention is that in that video, when his hands are above the supposed microphones, the microphone heads would have to be about the size of footballs for the perspective to work.
It is an edited video made to look like a bad green screen attempt. You are being played, let it go.
