According to this: COVID-19 Relief Bill Senselessly Targets Vapers Shipping via USPS, Vaping goodies will be really difficult to get.
No problem. Just trying to help.

There are other parts of the law that could affect you. The shipping service will be required to collect an adult signature from whoever receives the product. For online retailers selling into states that tax vaping products, they'll be required to register with the federal government and the tobacco tax administrators of each state. They'll be required to collect local and state taxes for each state and affix any required tax stamps to the products sold. They'll be required to send each taxing state’s tax administrator a list of all transactions for customers in their state, including the names and addresses of each customer sold to, and the quantities and type of each product sold. They'll be required to maintain records for five years of any “delivery interrupted because the carrier or service determines or has reason to believe that the person ordering the delivery is in violation of the [PACT Act]” Sellers who do not register or don’t comply with the shipping and reporting rules of the PACT Act are subject to severe penalties, including up to THREE years in prison.
That's per an email from my former online supplier, who just decided to get out of the business.
Precisely.
When I lived in the UK...cigs got so expensive because of taxes. I learned to roll my own and bought rolling tobacco on the black market. Won’t say where it came from or how I obtained...but I’ve wondered if the market still exists.
Well, that’s gonna harsh the mellow of a bunch of leftards. Hey, idiots, you get what you vote for. The bigger question on this is qui bono?
it looks like you can buy your own ingredients from liquid barn and mix them yourself.
this is the most informative FR thread in months. lol.
Makes me wonder if they hid banning on-line ammo sales in there somewhere. Or firearms, for that matter. Again I ask, qui bono?
Thanks for posting this
I used to roll my own as well. Got the machine and everything. Rounded it to about three cents per cigarette.
I could pop in a videotape of some familiar movie and start cranking.
When that movie was done, a carton’s worth of cigarettes were rolled and ready to burn.
After the SCHIP tax came around (Thanks, Obama), I started growing my own.
I could legally grow up to a tenth of an acre of tobacco, and couldn’t sell what I was able to grow.
When I discovered e-cigarettes, that all went bye-bye.
E-cigarettes (Vaping) saved my life.
Vaping kills covid!
. Yeah, ok
don’t get mad
get even
Is he still injecting nicotine? Probably.
If he inhaling brunt material and chemicals into his lungs? Nope.
You need to define “smoking.” Because while he is inhaling, he isn’t inhaling smoke.
If you don’t like inhaling stuff, I guess that’s your business. But you should understand “what” something is before making definitive statements.
👍
When I’d be rolling in a pub over a pint...I would be asked if I’d served prison time. LOL! 😆
My wife quit by vaping. Then she quit vaping. It’s a really good way to break the cigarette habit. Can’t have that. I am sure there will be another giant smoking lawsuit.
