ok, since you ask. here goes. big topic.

0. first of all, no cell lines are “created” by companies. i don’t know the history i admit, but that’s just not a fact. God created the cell (animal or human). we have just used them (morally or not based on history) for good or ill, research or medical development.

1. so, the bottom line for the Catholic Bishops (who with the pope are morally compromised already on many fronts imo) is then, you can take a vaccine no matter what if that’s all that’s available. don’t go for that at all. that sounds like the good end justifies any means to me.

2. they claim pfizer and moderna used aborted fetal cell lines in testing. i hadn’t heard that. if true, that’s a grey area for me. for this disease, doesn’t make any sense to me. no need to do that. as i said, moral, consent based, cell lines are available, along with regular adult donated cell lines, cancer cell lines, etc. why not use those? i would if i were testing in vitro. don’t know how the Bishops know this. anyway, if pfizer and moderna are following the rules. i’m inclined to say ok, because one, these are just descendant cells at this point. the spirit has long since departed and the companies weren’t complicit in getting the babies aborted for these cells. if they were complicit, then i would have a problem. the babies didn’t volunteer to be aborted, so those cells should not be used, imo. period. especially there is no need to use them scientifically since other lines are available.

3. they say, J and J grew the vaccine with aborted cell lines. again that’s a grey area for me. don’t like to support any product of abortion. so i think i’d pass on that, but you know, i take all the vaccines so i’m sure some are grown that way. so i guess i’m a hypocrite if i say no to those too.

so, even given the bishops, i still like moderna and pfizer the best from a moral stand point. even if, as the bishops claim, they were only tested with aborted cell lines (which i doubt), that’s not what i’ve heard from my sources.

Right. The question actually is: Which instructions do you want your cells ribosomes to follow? Pfizer or Moderna’s instructions (with no complete virus behind them), or Chinese instructions with the full fledged virus sending them in.

I now know about 25 people of ages from early 20s to mid-60s who have had the first vaccines that were available. None of them have had any adverse side-effects, all are fine.

I ain't gettin' no government vaccine.

As in most things new that are rushed to market, the wrinkles are not all ironed out yet.

Side effects from new vaccines can take a while to manifest themselves. Reported multiple deaths in Israel. Long-term blood problems in others. Too new to trust yet.

And all this to fix something that ain't broke. The covid itself is relative mild with a 99.8% survivability rate even for those who contract it.

I'll take by chances without throwing a wrench in the works.
