Watch this thief get caught red-handed by a homeowner who comes out with a locked and loaded rifle:

Thought 1: I love how the criminal's ride totally ditches him.
Thought 2: That homeowner should have had his rifle at the ready and positioned himself behind cover lest the porch pirate was packing.

You should’ve watched the video at the link I posted. The booby trapped packages were not dangerous. They were designed to spray glitter all over the person when they opened the package, and spray large amounts of fart spray, which smells absolutely disgusting. The video goes through the steps the guy took to make the packages, and how he included cheap cell phones to video the thieves reactions and how they would freak out about being pranked. The link I posted, was well worth watching.
It is an awesome prank.
I would just be careful because porch pirate prank victims can hire lawyers. They would claim allergy to the spray, PTSD to the pop, and anything else they can to victimize the pirate to get them paid.
