The 107 page lawsuit against Giuliani was filed in the Federal District Court in Washington, D.C., on Monday morning.
Dominion claims that allegations of election fraud were “demonstrably false.” It also brought up the protest at the Capitol on January 6 for some reason. In fact their announcement to attack Rudy Giuliani reads like something from a far-left publication.
Later this morning Rudy Giuliani responded to the Dominion Voting Systems announcement.
Rudy says he looks forward to investigating their history, finances and practices fully and completely.

Giuliani, who is also a host for WABC radio, issued the following statement:
“Dominion’s defamation lawsuit for $1.3B will allow me to investigate their history, finances, and practices fully and completely. The amount being asked for is, quite obviously, intended to frighten people of faint heart. It is another act of intimidation by the hate-filled left-wing to wipe out and censor the exercise of free speech, as well as the ability of lawyers to defend their clients vigorously. As such, we will investigate a countersuit against them for violating these Constitutional rights.” – Rudy Giuliani

Dominion is on thin ice, IMO, and winter is already melting away in many places.
Rudy can’t sue them for violating his constitutional rights because they are not the government. A new law student would know that.Whatever law school you went to, ask for your money back.

Rudy, Sidney Powell, and Lin Wood already ha e all the evidence they need to win their countersuits. Discovery will give them a lot more. They all know how to conduct depositions and trials.
I suspect at Rudy's age, he'll likely die of old age long before this suit ever hits the courts for trial and verdict.
What constitutes the "software"? Compiled/linked binaries? Dynamic scripts/services in bash, python and perl? There are conceivably 10s or 100s of tasks/processes. Gives me a head ache just thinking about it?!
I suspect examining the "software" will reveal nothing. The Antrim County forensic analysis and report revealed that the fraud occurred differently than suspected. The configuration of error rates resulting in high percentages of adjudications was the principal gateway for fraud.
I suspect remote access could make these reconfiguration changes. Software doesn't change. The smarts is external/remote exploiting (auto) adjudication to alter Trump votes in Trump rich areas utilizing the wheel AI to maintain a certain margin of advantage.
When the Trump vote rich areas have completed their tallies and not enough manipulatable ballots remain, THEN ballot dumping is required to inject votes.
The signs if fraud are (1) adjudication logs or their total absence, (2) IP traffic of ballots to be manipulated, (3) IP traffic and coordinated access of registered voters files (this was observed in the GA runoffs).
What makes this system of fraud hard to reveal is the lack/loss of trace data and logs. The more conventional forms of fraud is not accountable to dominion systems -- absentee and manufactured ballots. Signature matching (on file vs request, request vs submission) and Jovan Pulizters artifact analysis would reveal fraud here.
Rudy and team have an idea how the fraud occurred but no consistent evidence locally. I've seen none and I've followed this closer than most. They may be mistaken that the weighted race feature suspected by Fran Dreschers ex was instrumental. They may be on the right track that dominion is part of the fraudulent scheme, but the no orchestrating servers have been presented into evidence. Jovan's last reported paints a convincing argument for their existence.

Any lawyer that tries to help Giuliani, who isn’t already a Dominion plant, will get messages from Dominion minions that they may be jeopardizing their future employability, or their pet cat, or worse. Any judges involved are likely to be in similar straights.
Dominion claims is defamation about the fraud but they also brought up how he was trying to scam money from the broadcast about Dominion fraud by selling $20.00 vitamins.
Just saying how stupid of Rudi to push vitamins when we are talking about election fraud in a podcast. It’s slimey IMHO.
