The Commander in Chief, returns salutes of subordinates, he does not initiate them.

However, I think one has to consider that the demonics in the world could just be injecting adrenochrome and getting Ursula powers.

You can only do so much with a double, and Joe has been very un-Joe as of late, with the sudden stutter and the gaffes. That gives credibility to more of disease than deception; a double wouldn’t necessarily have these degenerative attributes, because Hillary’s was a good 10 year+ gap difference. I guess because I’m a newbie on FR that must give you some sort of senority to you which I can only say, sorry I didn’t know there was a pecking order...my bad!
But maybe you missed the fact that I was in Kosovo in 1999 (at the end of my active duty USMC term, no less) and then I’ll raise you with went active duty Army in 2003 and stayed until I was kindly shown the door 7 months prior to an official retirement in 2016 by the outgoing CoC. Now you wouldn’t have known all of that, and you really shouldn’t. But perhaps you should gather your own information before you critique mine.
I served under Clinton, Bush, and Obama (and for 8 years under Biden as VP). I’d say my career experience warrants an assessment on the fact that he either doesn’t have the mental capacity to salute the Marines or he doesn’t think they warrant it. You are correct, sir, on the salute order. However, I can also tell you from experience that the Marines who get WH duty are method ceremonial and regardless of the President not saluting them, they should have saluted; that might be just as telling in this story as the backturning for the vehicle convoy to ceremonially block empty incoming traffic or threat.
We’re on the same page, I’m assuming Sailor because of the USS Alaska handle; but I can assure you I don’t speak to anything I don’t research first. I’d hope that next time you address “newbies” you’d remember that we may not be “spring chicks”...
