Rep. McClintock: If We Prosecuted BLM and Antifa Rioters with the Same Determination, the Capitol Riots May Not Have Happened
MenRec ^ | 01/14/21 | Staff

Republican California Rep. Tom McClintock said there might not have been any Capitol riot if the Black Lives Matter (BLM) and antifa rioters had been prosecuted “with the same determination” as impeachment.

MCCLINTOCK: “And if we prosecuted BLM and Antifa rioters across the country with the same determination these last six months, this incident may not have happened at all. Now, short of declaring war, the power of impeachment is the most solemn and consequential act that Congress can take. To use it in this manner, in the heat of the moment, with no hearings, no due process, many members phoning in their votes after a hastily called debate, exactly one week before a new president is to take office, trivializes this power to the point of caricature.

The Democrats have won everything in sight. The House, the Senate and the presidency. In a republic that calls for magnanimity by the victors, only in a banana republic does it call for vengeance. Benjamin Franklin warned us that passion governs and she never governs wisely. In our passions this week, we’ve set some dangerous new precedents that will haunt us for years to come. Yesterday we redefined in tempered speech as a physical incapacity requiring removal from office. Today we define it as a high crime and misdemeanor.

Well, the moment any member of this body gives an impassioned speech and a lunatic fringe of their movement takes license from it, be prepared to answer to this new precedent that we established today. Now, I could cite plenty of provocative speeches made by Democrats that directly preceded violence this summer. But we’ve already had enough of that. You know, after 600,000 Americans have perished in the Civil War, Abraham Lincoln appealed to the better angels of our nature. He said, with malice toward none, with charity for all, let us bind up the nation’s wounds.

Those words were so important to the unity of our nation, they’re inscribed in marble at the Lincoln Memorial. I cannot think of a more petty, vindictive and gratuitous act than to impeach an already defeated president a week before he is to leave office. President-Elect Biden’s promise to heal the nation becomes a hollow mockery in the harsh reality of this unconstitutional act. God help our country.”

...and if more congressmen supported the stop the steal movement in the house (unlike him) perhaps we would still be considering it rather than accepting the steal to install a dimwit and a whore as prez/vp

And THAT’S the only real, material point to be made

A guy who stole the election through a massive conspiracy will now be in charge of the nuclear weapons.

Think about THAT for a microsecond or two

Until they call out President Carter, President Clinton, and Barack Obama for pardoning terrorists, they have no ground on which to stand.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oscar_Collazo
Oscar Collazo (January 20, 1914 – February 21, 1994) was one of two Puerto Rican militants of the Nationalist Party who on November 1, 1950, attempted to assassinate U.S. President Harry S. Truman in Washington, DC. He had been living in New York City after growing up in Puerto Rico.

Collazo was convicted and sentenced to death, but Truman commuted his sentence to life imprisonment. In 1979 Collazo’s sentence was commuted to time served by President Jimmy Carter. He was paroled and allowed to return to Puerto Rico.

On October 30, 1950, Torresola and Collazo learned that the Jayuya Uprising in Puerto Rico, led by the nationalist leader Blanca Canales, had failed. Torresola’s sister had been wounded and his brother Elio was arrested. Believing they had to do something for their cause, Collazo and Torresola decided to assassinate President Harry S. Truman, in order to bring world attention to the need for independence in Puerto Rico.[1][3]

President Obama’s Pardon for Oscar Lopez Rivera Trades a Terrorist for VotesJan 22nd, 2017

* In 1979, Jimmy Carter released from prison three Puerto Rican terrorists who shot at members of Congress.

* In 1999 Bill Clinton pardoned 12 members of the FALN.

* Obama’s one-time friend Bill Ayers, himself a terrorist in the 1970s, tweeted out a celebratory “Oscar Lopez freed!”

One small correction.

Biden did not steal shit.

He does even remember how to breathe correctly, without drooling.

The steal was orchestrated against Trump, and us.

Biden just happened to be the rat candidate. Recall the primaries, the whore did not even earn ONE delegate, while Biden generated less attention than a road kill skunk funeral.

The guy who threw the fire extinguisher was dressed totally in black with a backpack. The guy who was breaking into the hallway barrier outside of Pelosi’s office when the women was shot, was also wearing a full black outfit with a backpack. These are not Trump supporters. This is Antifa or some left wing variation. As you look closely at this, its an antifa operation with a few trump supporters watching and sometime involved. But most of the harm and damage is antifa. Its in all the video if you watch the parts the news does not show you.

You all have to watch this...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nvqvvsqJ_s&t=616s

We want the FBI to go after these guys. The people doing the harm and damage at the capital were mostly antifa. Trump people were there. But the people doing damage, egging them on and fighting with police were antifa, BLM and lefty anarchists.

And, if we’re to impeach our leaders who “instigate insurection”, Kamala Harris/Nancy Pelosi should be served with a notice of intent to impeach one hour after swearing in.

Harris actually did —it’s on tape and Twitter—whereas DjT did not.

And this would get some attention.

Yeah. I know. They’re placeholder puppets.

Biden will only want to know when the cash is coming.

Harris will scheme the entire time to be taken seriously instead of realizing that she’s only there because of her skin color and what’s between her legs.

Both of them didn’t do the steal, that was left up to the professionals in the Intelligence agencies and the Ward heelers on the ground in the dead cities. They were just serene in the knowledge that that would go down.

But in the end, Biden can’t say he wasn’t complicit and it doesn’t matter that he pleads senility. He’s still guilty because he knew all about it and of course benefitted from it. He’s also responsible for the blowback. Every dead person in DC can blame him. Would not have happened if they had not pulled this clumsy steal.

The real luck for them is that unfortunately, Trump let them outfox him with the False Flag riot in the end.

Yeah ... well, this “guy” voted to certify a fraudulent election. I’m not liking him; not one little bit.

Was it really outfoxing, or was it more of squirrel! undertaken by the media, just like the russian hoax, impeachment, summer riots, and everything else they run to draw attention away from the other hand, where the attention needs to be.

They run the smoke screens 24 / 7, and the voting public eats it like ethiopians at a all you can eat buffet.

There’s a reason I voted for this man for California governor. California would have been better off with him instead of the governator.
