The fine print is that concept only applies in situations where the person shot is a communist or at least a communist sympathizer or a common black street criminal.
That appears to be a door at a different location.
I think it was a congress person or senator or one of their aides.

The shooter was most likely not a police officer.

I that is most likely true. There were any number of antifa dressed up as “others”. I think there has been a massive cover up and we will, in future years, know more or else, nothing at all.
I no longer see the USA as I once saw it as home of the free, home of the brave. Now it is a scurrilous mix of dishonesty, lying, putting on, treason, and sedition by mostly Democrats, progressives et al.

The shooter WAS black, and may very well have been a woman.
No way is the shooter going to be identified to the public (though the identity may have to be released to the husband when he files suit, as he should).
Pretty sure every officer would have to account for any time a weapon is discharged. The ballistics would then match the bullet in the body to the weapon.
The FBI probably just needs a few more days to “lose” the evidence.

I am inclined to think that too. A trained police officer, especially one tasked with protecting a high profile target like the US Capitol, would not shoot point blank at an unarmed, non threatening woman. The media gave us some crap about 'the shooter didn't have a choice but to shoot', which is BS. There is likely some racial/ gender element involved.
And the victim was a white conservative. For many in this country, a white conservative is considered sub-human and has no worth or constitutional rights.
Perhaps it wasn’t a police shooting?
Perhaps the murderer is a sitting congress critter, and therefore above the law?
You may be confusing doors. At the door where Ashli was shot, the shooter was a decent way down the hallway.

The man has still not been identified.

Virtue signaling politicians have been known to wear cause bracelets.
There is zero equivalence there, you disgrace her execution by trying to make that association.
No more sense than a butt ugly black woman shooting a pretty white woman in the face.
