The 25th Amendment gives a president the power to object in writing to his removal from office under its provisions. When he does that, his powers are immediately restored. The Vice President and the full Cabinet would have four days to overrule the president. Some say the Amendment is unclear as to who would be the president during that time, but since it says the president "is restored to power" the thoughts about it being "unclear" seem to be wishful thinking.
This is where it gets interesting. During this period President Trump could promulgate the information he has on the dirty cops in the FBI and everybody else. He could also appoint Special prosecutors and bargain with the feckless Pence for a pardon in return for dropping the 25th A action. If Pence doesn't go for it because his new BFFs Nancy and Chuck won't allow him to, he sinks deeper into the sewer where he belongs and will be ultimately destroyed by history. That would also force The Court to embarrass itself one more time and seal its fate as the most corrupt court in history. In the meanwhile President Trump rides off to be a hero of the American Spirit and shadow president. The bad guys will exposed - oh they will walk but they will serve as a reminder of the corruption we must keep fighting. How much of this can happen? All of it. How much of this will happen we don't know. The next twelve days will answer that, but we hired a street fighter in 2016 and I have the feeling President Trump has not yet thrown his last punch.

I think if there was any plan to invoke the 25th Amendment, Chao and DeVos would have stayed and joined in rather than resign.

If the 25th Ammendment can be used against the President, then political mental health mandates can be used against any one of us “deplorables”.
Trump can’t expose anyone any more because the Justice Department and the Intelligence community will simply refuse to release information. There has been a final power takeover. All we are waiting for now is the show trials and the GULAG. GULAG is on the verge of being tested in New York right now.
Agree. Both parties are in full insurrection. Its time for the military action. Round up all the power players over the weekend and put them in a secure location. Then let the rest of them come to Jesus. One TV channel, one radio channel. No internet, no cellphone service in DC. Restore order first then sort out the election. Congress and SCOTUS are adjourned til further notice.
