A New York state lawmaker has introduced a bill that would allow the government to detain people that they deemed to be a potential public health risk.
While the law does not specifically mention coronavirus, it comes amid increasing concerns that the Covid-19 crisis could be used to usher in authoritarianism.
RT reports: Authored by a Democratic member of the New York State Assembly N. Nick Perry, Bill A416 calls for the “removal and/or detention” of individuals who are identified as a “case, contact or carrier” of a contagious disease.
Such person or group of persons shall be detained in a medical facility or other appropriate facility or premises.

I’m genuinely curious to see what happens when this crap starts coming up at the federal level. If passed, we’re basically headed for 1940’s-era internment camps like the Japanese experienced in California.
In NY, Prince Andrew has already stated that “Dere’s no place in Gnu Yak for Conservatives..(sic)” so how long before they are considered “contagious” and will be locked up in the abandoned Mental Hospitals and forced to be medicated with mind destroying drugs?
Does this apply to AIDS?
That is New York run entirely by democrats. What else could you expect?

Insofar as they undermine domestic tranquility, every leftist is an infectious disease carrier. Let the arrests magnify in that regard.

If you arrest them, you had better have a facility for taking care of them because, by definition, they have the disease. And what about people who didn’t have the disease but get it in the lockup?
None of this shall apply to a known carrier of HIV. They vote democrat.

Hmm. At a time they are reducing the penalty for spreading aids, they look to detain “infectious” people.

In some states they just reversed laws ordering them to tell their hookups that they have aids- but by golly, now covid folks who are unaware they have it can get arrested?
