The case for fraud needs to be a states based SCOTUS suit. And if they do not take the case, there will be force majeur as the only remedy, I hope SCOTUS understands what such a refusal would mean. There are reports that an Israeli-owned vessel “Lori” sailing from Tanzania to India was struck by an Iranian missile in the Arabian Sea. The vessel was damaged and continued on it’s route to a port in India. The Lori is a container ship and the missile impact likely was absorbed by cargo. Israeli has told Israeli ship owners and operators to raise alert levels and follow precautions following the attack. No word on the source of the missile. Iran was also the main suspect behind an attack in late February on the Israeli-owned cargo vessel MV Helios Ray, which was damaged by a mysterious explosion in the Gulf of Oman.
OBSERVATION - With the Israeli govt tied up in elections and Passover, along with a demonstrated mentally impaired US president, Iran appears to be flexing its muscles in the region.

Blockage of the Suez Canal by the Ever Given (not Ever Green, that is the company name) is impacting global prices for goods. Just days into the blockage, shipping costs have exploded to nearly four times what they were last year, according to Bloomberg. Extended blockage will increase the cost of foods and other consumer goods for an extended period even if they get it dislodged today, because of the backup of ships and the limited passing capacity of the canal.
Food shortages/high prices are still on economists radars for both here in the US as well as abroad. The farm to fork system is still struggling following the wuhan lockdowns with farmers/ranchers trying to adjust their production to meet the forecast demands without over producing. OTOH, global pressures will drive domestic prices up as well because global production has been hit by wuhan as well as weather related catastrophes, plagues and diseases.

Iran and China have signed a 25-year “strategic cooperation pact” in the latest expansion of Beijing’s flagship trillion-dollar Belt and Road Initiative as the US rivals move closer together. China has used these ‘cooperation ‘ pacts to gain leverage over other countries when those counties couldn’t maintain any loan payments or by forcing land for the deal.
In one of the largest air incursions to date, at least 20 Chinese military aircraft penetrated Taiwanese airspace on Friday. According to Taiwan’s Ministry of Defense, the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) aircraft that entered the air defense identification zone (ADIZ) today comprised four H-6K bombers, 10 J-16 multirole fighters (Chinese-made derivatives of the Russian Su-30 Flanker), two J-10 fighter jets, two KQ-200 anti-submarine patrol planes, one Y-8 reconnaissance aircraft, and a KJ-500 airborne early warning and control (AEW&C) aircraft. The flight paths of these aircraft appear to have been to evaluate an attack route that would target the southern end of the island. This maneuver could be used to target military facilities on the eastern side of the island, currently out of range of most of China’s assets.
OBSERVATION - Numerous ‘exercises’ with increasing numbers of aircraft/equipment is a tried and true tactic for an aggressor to use. It wears down the targets defenses with all the alerts and in a way, lulls it into a false sense of normalcy bias - i.e. its just another drill. An unusual and problematic alliance between Turkey, Iran and Russia appears to be developing. This, in spite of the fact that over the past several years each has opposed / supported proxy elements in shooting wars - Russia vs Turkey in Libya, Syria and the Caucasus, Russia v Iran in Syria, and Turkey v Iran in the Caucasus for example. Stability in the regions they’ve intersected in are becoming increasingly important to the as it diverts resources away from their other strategic goals. How long they are able to separate their differences to reach this goal is uncertain.

Post election and Israel is waiting to see if Netanyahu can pull a coalition together as he has done in the past. Biggest hurdle is that Lukud may have to bring in some groups that are not very appealing to their goals/orientation.

Iran and China have signed a 25-year “strategic cooperation pact” in the latest expansion of Beijing’s flagship trillion-dollar Belt and Road Initiative as the US rivals move closer together. Iran likely sees this as a new way around sanctions but is playing with a snake as well.

Lebanon’s outgoing prime minister said on Friday that experts had found “dangerous chemicals” at a warehouse at the Zahrani oil installations in the south. Hassan Diab said the country’s atomic energy authority identified the substances as “nuclear” after reviewing a report by German company Combi Lift, which Lebanon had tasked with clearing hazardous material at Beirut port. There is no indications as to the extent these materials/canisters are ‘nuclear’ related. Combi was hired after the mega blast in the port at Beirut last year, to deal with hazardous materials.

Schumer is threatening to kill the filibuster as a means to force the agenda out of congress and to the WH for signatures. Alinsky tactics of over loading the system are producing uncontrolled negative feed back on democrats.
Another scheme democrats are looking at is to place these measures under a continuing resolution / budget reconciliation.
biden is expected to push forward with EO’s addressing gun control. Key question is just what this will contain. Initial discussions seem to focus on using 3D printers as well as on imported guns. Neither of which will do anything to address the recent crimes. The chaos this administration has tossed the country into has devolved into a form of damage control, while planning to create the next crisis.
DHS is planning on adding “domestic terrorist” to the No Fly List. I think we can all see where this discussion is going - targeting all Trump supporters beyond those who dared to step foot in the Capitol (let along DC) on Jan 6th.

A relatively small, but violent group of antifa et al protested at the Oregon State Capitol over the weekend, assaulting passerbys and vehicles. Any vehicle that displayed an American was specifically targeted. One driver, surrounded by rioters bashing in his windows and being pepper sprayed, pulled a hand gun and was arrested by the police - not a single rioter was arrested in the assault.
In the face of skyrocketing violent crime, LA voted to increase its police budget by $36 million.

Russia completed an initial test of a new missile, the Mach 8 Zircon, this week. Reported four launches were made with all for hitting their target. If enough people would object, business would have to come around to allowing freedom. Unfortunately, it seems too many people have either been scared, or simply don’t think it important enough to fight.
Enforcement will be primarily by regulatory fiat, you have to have govt permission to fly passenger planes, you gotta use the passport. The sheeple will lack much of the will to fight.
