SCOTUS Must Order New Election to Protect the Constitution

SCOTUS justices must order a new presidential election or admit they are not the guardians of the Constitution they claim to be.

The U.S. Constitution states "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government."

Providing this guarantee is one of the Supreme Court's most important duties.

Vote-flipping machines and allowing the dead to vote which were reported in some states are not consistent with "a Republican Form of Government, "

Ordering a new presidential election is the only practical way to deal with an election that has wide spread irregularities.

The United States claims to be a nation in which government officials are supposed to obey the law. If the justices allow Joe Biden to break the law to become president they will be saying presidents are above the law.

Failure to order a new presidential election will undermine public confidence in elections.. Why vote if crooked politicians can rig elections . If SCOTUS fails to order a new presidential election the next questioned election will be followed by violent protests instead of court challenges. The cost of an election would be a small price to pay to avoid these outcomes.

The Democrats are only getting away with this because of Republican collusion.

The officials condoning the fraud in AZ and GA are REPUBLICANS.

The term RINO should be jettisoned now in favor of DIRC.

At his heart and in his soul, the animal formerly known as RINO is no different in kind than Pelosi, Schumer or any of the rest of them. The DIRC may legitimately be different from them in degree. But by now it’s obvious he is not any different in kind.

I wonder if the average DIRC is perpetually in shock because he can’t imagine doing what the Democrats do on a daily basis, thinking that if he did, he would fall out of love with himself, because every morning when he wakes up he would end up seeing a buffoonish, transparently lying lout in the mirror. If this is what is going on with the average DIRC, it’s probably fair to say that he’s in some form or another of denial. He is clinging to the myth that he is a better person than the average Democrat, despite the fact that he is only pretending to oppose their agenda. He can’t afford to admit to himself that in reality he is only a slave seeking the lightest possible set of chains for himself while enthusiastically licking every craven Democrat hand that feeds him.

The DIRCs have always and everywhere lived vicariously through the Democrats. That must be why they’ve hated every minute of the MAGA era.

Or maybe we should skip past DIRC to something more immediate and accusatory. Like “traitor” or “spy” or “plant”. “Coward” would also seem to fit, because they are too emotionally weak or snowflake-y to admit who they are, and if they ever had a burst of honesty and changed parties they would probably wilt immediately under the constant weight and pressure of having to pretend 24/7/365 that they occupy the moral high ground against anyone with an (R) after their name.

On the other hand, there are probably a lot of DIRCs who are sleeper-cell Democrats who have been biding their time, waiting for a chance to inflict maximum damage on their host. In the case of a DIRC of this stripe, once the republican clothing is torn off, we’ll clearly see that he is actually more rabid and shameless and radical than most honestly-labeled Democrats.
