It’s not a federal matter though.

The SCOTUS would rule that the prosecutor has no standing to prosecute

It’s only cheating if it helps a Republican.

Investigation Finds Georgia Officials Decline to Prosecute or Correct the Double Voters They Catch

This is a state with a Republican governor, Republican legislature. This is today's GOP, sitting there with a big, stupid grin on its face as it is eaten alive by the Democrats.

It's so frustrating that we have all of this evidence, and our side has been totally ineffective in doing anything with it.

I hope and pray I'm wrong, but I'm afraid to think that Romans 1 may be playing out in this case.

“This office does not have any referrals on double voting cases so far from the State Election Board related to the June 2020 primary or November 2020 general [election],” said Katie Byrd, spokesperson for Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, a Republican.

The lack of action undercuts Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s promise last month “to prosecute those who try to undermine our elections to the fullest extent of the law.”

Fraud cases are referred to the attorney general by the election board, which is chaired by Raffensperger, a Republican who has taken heat from President Trump for not doing more to investigate claims of fraud in the November 3 election.

The real number is probably at least 50x that, then.
Even if 10x that, it would put Trump ahead.
Infuriating.

Democrats are fine with cheating. They want every vote to count. Republicans want every LEGAL vote to count and for each voter to vote only once. Most politicians are very close to criminal. If they wanted to stop illegal voting, they would make it a civil penalty the first time with a reasonable penalty. A second offense would be criminal and losing the right to vote ever again. It might seem that making the first offense just a civil fine would encourage it, but cheaters already know that nothing happens. When the penalty is out of line with the crime, it seldom gets invoked.

The Republican Party is sickening. I am almost looking forward to abandoning it, which I will do on January 21 if PDJT is not inaugurated.

Though the number of suspected double-voting felons is the largest in state history, RealClearInvestigations has learned that no cases have been referred to the state attorney general for criminal investigation....

Well, they think it's OK, they are JUST putting it to the man....the white man.

The majority of double voters were Democrats

I'll bet that the majority was just about 100%.
