Lots of people verified that the DOCUMENTED fractional vote capability was turned on in certain machines. It’s not possible to have observed fractional vote totals with that off.

Nailed it! The Weighted Race feature in all Dominion and other voting machines that run some version of Smartmatic software. https://www.wsicweb.com/wsicnews/everyone-watch-this-video-about-election-voting-machines-you-are-not-having-your-vote-counted-dominion-voting-machines-all-include-weighted-race-feature-whose-only-purpose-is-ch/

If the irregularities can be shown while running the EXE, then you go after the source code.

not sure what part of the source code this is, but it may be useful. https://github.com/Scytl

The program might accept a value that is fed in at run time, a value that can adjust the counts, e.g. by a certain percentage. If that is the case, then examining the source code, or even executing the program, would only tell you the program was wide open to fraud, it wouldn’t prove that fraud had been committed.

Meanwhile...

Stephen Miller on Fox & Friends says “an alternative” group of electors is also voting today:

“As we speak, an alternate slate of electors in the contested states is going to vote and we are going to send those results to Congress.”

The weighted voting feature is documented in the user manual. You don’t need the source code to know if that can happen.

There were reports of voting machines getting a “software update” at about 10 PM, the night of the election. If that update was not stored out to the boot disk, then a simple reboot of the machine would clear it out.

You know, the mainframe guys have “disassembler” programs,..

The implemenation language(s) will determine how much symbolic information may be available in the executable. If its a "debug" version (often the release version for rapidly changing systems which do not need to be race horses), the elf/dwarf embedded info can be used to decorate a disassembly making it quite intelligible.

(I have written elf/dwarf translators for embedded satcom software written in C++).

If the source code is java/C#, then there should be considerable symbolic information embedded to support introspection.

I would just use open source Open Office Spreadsheet Program.

Easy to use and easy to give fraudulent results. (If I was Demoncrat.)

If Dominion use any open source code, their source must be open source.

In 2018 report found that 96% of applicatoin have open source components.

Using Open Source Code in Proprietary Software

In Dominion bid for the contract with Michigan they stated they are using open source.

Page 14, Page 35: "Dominion’s Democracy Suite is designed so that parts of the system’s software operates using open source software, such as the use of Linux for the development of ImageCast Precinct optical scan tabulator. "

Dominion Bid for Michigan Goverment

Should Dominion release it's source code since they used open source? Other bigger companies had to release their source because they use open source in the past.

Audit Capabilities are on page 60. Where are the Logs?

"The EMS shall provide an audit log stored on the memory device that records all pre-Election, Election Day and postelection actions performed; the audit log must be kept / stored and available for printing"

Page 70 has more interesting info.

“The ImageCast X has an audit log that includes identification of the election file being used, a record
of all options entered by the operator (election official), as well as the number of voters by precinct
and ballot style who have used the system.”

Thanks. Understanding the platform-specific jargon from context. :)

Damn! We need that source code. The source code is key!

We have the source code they are just not making it public. Read the report its very professional, comprehensive and damning.
