We will be able to deny Biden judges, appointments, and stop any nonsense legislation if we even get ONE of the two Georgia spots.

That would be a first - as Repubs in the majority under Dem presidents have rarely show backbone. The last time was when Clinton was in the White House - and Speaker Gingrich who did, mostly, hold Clinton to the grindstone.

Time to focus on 2022 and immediately on Georgia senate races!

12 Noon, Jan 20, 2021 is where you need to focus. What decision will you make if/when the steal is complete. Once again, hanging your hopes 2 years down the road on an electoral system that has been proven to be corrupt and fraudulent is nothing short than madness.

Agree completely. I think this really hasn’t even begun to heat up yet. That’s why FBI, DOJ and all the other alphabets are crapping themselves, and trying to obstruct. Trump, per his right, has given all of this to the military to review. They are dotting “i”’s and crossing “t”’s. And it’s when they bring all of THAT out that all hell will break loose. Benn reading about a LOT of military positioning around the homeland. All those 200K sealed indictments might be the very people trying to make a run for it when this breaks. I’d expect to see a brief martial law as these bad actors are rounded up by the hundreds of thousands.

And Gingrich got kicked out for his pains.

This time I think there’s a little more GOP resolve, if only because the politi-critters see their own elections being jeopardized.

However, the big cheeses like Kemp are convinced that they are untouchable, because, after all, the Dems love them so much they would never do anything to hurt them. Right?

GOP resolve - in a small handful of GOP folks. Not enough to have any real voice or power.

I personally believe President Trump believed in his oath of office..

We will soon know whether they are just words.
Or have real meaning in regards to enemies, foreign and domestic.

And Trump may have to be reminding lots of people of their oaths..

Guys.. it’s time to move on.

At the very least we need to have a special counsel appointed to look into all this fraud and bring this to resolution. If not a large percentage of America will never trust the system again and that will have long term repercussions we can't imagine.

I know, I know it will probably just be another Shift show. The question is weather we can find one honest person in the DC swamp to do his duty. Sadly I doubt it but this needs to be done anyway.

“I personally believe President Trump believed in his oath of office.”

Duty - something he believes in, and expected from so many in the U.S. Government.

“...Trump basically warned the court that if they don’t take care of this he will and he won’t be so kind and gentle about it.”

I just listened to the speech again. I did not hear that comment. Where is that on the video timeline??

How about the process of the vote-— there are 126 plus some demonrats who will not accept the electors. So, no go.

That would be a bridge too far.

Once the Electoral College votes, anybody who has a problem with the result needs to be hunted down and killed like a terrorist traitor.

Because the court, like lots of normal people, sees that there simply is nothing any other state could do to disenfranchise the citizens of Texas.

California could select all Democrat electors, or assign them by lottery, or select them anyway they want, Texas or any other state has no say in it, none. Likewise Texas can select their electors by sending all Republicans or however they want, none of California’s business, any more than it’s any of my business what you have for dinner tonight or where you send your kids to school.

It’s a good precedent, too. Not a damn bit of any state’s business how any other state selects electors, period, end of subject, settled for all time.

Now to figure out how to turn it to our advantage, since 2022 and 2024 look good demographically.

Trump was short-changed by his legal team. The salient point in my mind is not the "arguing" so m uch as overlooking key legal issues that would have forced the recalcitrant USSC to examine anything other than "standing."

I disagree. Let me gently suggest that they filed many lawsuits by people other than the candidate and his electors, (who have better standing), to probe where to file their better cases. Trying to get the right judge to hear the case at the trial level is of great importance, since a hostile judge can just choose not to believe the facts of the fraud and torpedo the case. Some of these cases have also produced evidence that can be used either in subsequent cases, the state legislatures, or the joint session of Congress in January that decides which electors to accept or reject.

Move on to what? They blatantly cheated and if the dems get away with it they will keep doing it. There would be nothing to move on to.

Exactly right.

President Trump seems to have a three pronged approach, each of which entails various degrees of escalation.

He seems to be trying to convince our political and legal system that he is willing to ego the distance expose the full depth of corruption, illegal vote rigging collusion of US politicians with foreign powers hostile to the United States to execute what is essentially an electoral coup

The first prong is to use constitutional remedies to reverse the obvious massive officially sanctioned illegal voting and outright election rigging using civil constitutional remedies. This attempt to get the political and judicial establishment to “do the right thing” and is the “easy way” and one that does the least damage to our country and our political leadership.

This is the live and let live approach. It does not seem to be working. The SCOTUS had a chance to cure the problem with the Texas case by declined. So Team Trump is escalating to the next level.

The next prong is to start fully disclosing just how badly our country has been sold out to foreign interests and that the collusion rises to the level of a RICO conspiracy. It will expose the amazing depth and breadth of the election illegalities - the ballot stuffing, the fraud component to the mailing in voting and the criminal component of the election rigging via the various Dominion type players. It will also expose just who is involved in the crime and our establishment is comprised by corruption and is working with players like Chinese Communist Party to actively undermine our country - ie treason. This is very serious stuff and the consequences to the bad guys involved are serious and the damage this will to our country is very significant. Eric Swalwell was the opening shot in this front.

The Swalwell case is very serious but it is just the tip of the iceberg and Swalwell is a young, low level bit player compared to the older and more corrupt and compromised players. If you think the affair Swalwell is shocking, it pales in comparison to the case of the old bulls in government. Think Hunter Biden not as a specail case but instead as an example of far more widespread problem and a look at essentially business as usual with a large segment of our elected and unelected government officials.

We are now entering into this phase where the criminal and civil election fraud is starting enter the legal system and the “crazy rumors and conspiracy theories” will be backed up with hard and solid evidence - much of which will come from various private party, military and other governmental intelligence sources.

As these disclosures and the underlying evidence starts to filter through, the SCOTUS and state legislatures will be under increasing pressure to act to forestall an constitutional and national security crisis

The third prong is the option of what to do when all the courts and legislative remedies have failed despite overwhelming evidence (assuming it's there) of a conspiracy of foreign and domestic players including the CCP to rig a presidential election and take permanent control of the government of the United States.

I think it’s the nature of conservatives to be somewhat independent and hard to coordinate - Dems are a total hive-mind.

However, relatively few of our GOPers are particularly conservative, although the Dems have moved so far left now that even the RINOs come out looking better. But they’re easy to intimidate. What they really want more than anything is praise from the enemy. Then they feel they’re really “bipartisan” and the very models of the modern politician. That never involves the Dems getting “bipartisan,” though.

Trump can protest the election as fraudulent and stolen and refuse to leave. Its happened before and a new election was ordered.

He could. But what are his options if the electoral college has voted?
