If John Roberts punts this with all these states wanting their election integrity preserved, he should be drug out of the SCOTUS building itself and flogged. I can't believe Arizona is doing this. The Biden camp has to be freaking out tonight.

One of the oral arguments that Texas must make to the Supreme Court is that they are in court to defend and preserve the rights of the Texas legislature to set laws governing elections and to be the final arbiter of elections as defined in the Constitution against judicial and bureaucratic usurpation. That is their justification to be at the Supreme Court arguing against the criminal, unconstitutional actions of the other states.

Imagine a 6-3 Leftist dominated supreme court taking a case after Businessman Trump turned an election day loss into a dubious win over incumbent Biden after late votes in 5 swing states were tabulated in rural precincts.
I’d say odds are over 90% that the court would throw it into the House thanks to nonstop Russia-interference level propaganda pumped out round the clock from the media.
