There was never a State Legislature in America that would appoint their own electors, regardless of overwhelming evidence of fraud.
And we’ve seen what the courts - up to the District level - have done to this point.
That leaves SCOTUS. And I suspect everything with the possible exception of ruling that the PA Supreme Court did not have authority to make their own law (which anyone would agree is not where law is made) will also go nowhere.
So, we have a decent shot at a SCOTUS win for PA, which is not enough for Trump to remain POTUS. (That said, not sure what remedy there would be that would be politically and judicially ‘acceptable’ - I seriously doubt even if the finding goes in our favor that SCOTUS will overturn the PA results. Not sure WHAT they will do, but I doubt they will do that). Everything else has candidly been a mess, starting with Powell expecting ANY court to say “yep..you’re right. We (the court) agree that there was such overwhelming fraud that we will ‘deem’ that Trump in fact won X state and that the electors will be given to him”. That was the wrong remedy to pursue, because just like the Legislatures, NO court was going to do that.
The genius (if you can call it that) in the left’s plan to blatantly steal the election is that they knew going in that no legislature, and no court, was going to do ANYTHING about it, even with compelling evidence. Gotta hand it to them - they knew the system and played it perfectly.
However you might agree lawyers like Sidney Powell has helped bring the election fraud in news. If Lawyers like her remain silent, the silence will be deafening.
