Video: Gwinnett County Official Admits To Taking Data From The Election Management System, Plugging It Into A Laptop, Then Filtering It With Excel

Opinion

Last night we reported about a video that surfaced on Twitter where a Twitter user name Code MonkeyZ posted a really strange video.

In the video, you can Dominion Voting Systems rep engages in extremely *shady* behavior with a USB card & a laptop.

The video is taken in Gwinnett County which is a suburban county of Atlanta in the north-central portion of the U.S. state of Georgia.

It’s being called a “smoking gun” by Code MonkeyZ. At a minimum, it is very disturbing stuff.

He tweeted:

A Dominion representative at Gwinnett County Election Central, responsible for tabulating ballots and certifying results, download data to a USB from the Election Management Server, plug it into a laptop, manipulate the data, then palm the USB.

He downloads data from the Election Management Server onto a USB, inserts it into the external laptop, manipulates ballot scans in the file explorer, ejects the usb, palms it, distracts the people nearby, then suspiciously walks out of the room.

We made an inquiry about the alleged voter fraud and the video of Dominion representative plugging a USB drive into the election system & laptop to the Gwinnett county officials. Part of their answer was :

“This would be a Dominion tech producing a data report on the server & saving the report to Dominion USB thumb drive & then using a laptop to filter requested info”

Image of the email below:

The election machine doesn’t have Excel, the laptop does.

So is he saying that he remoted onto the server to retrieve the data? Then data can easily be altered on that server. And by no means was that an Excel sheet he was looking at. What would even be a legitimate reason to analyze the results in the middle of counting. The explanation stinks as well…

No matter how they spin it, they just made it worse by saying it was the server he got the data from!

Can someone explain why Gwinnett County is filtering election results from the air-gapped Election Management System by transferring results with USB & utilizing an external laptop setup running an online version of Excel and an internet connection with remote viewing enabled?

I think the real issue is they are not allowed to install hardware. USB is hardware. How do does anyone know that drive wasn't compromised.

As soon as it touched the Laptop, by law, it was compromised. He should be taken into custody!

Nationwide uniform paper ballots that can be scanned by a computer system and real voter ID is the only cure for the Democratic avalanche of voter fraud. The Republicans had control of the government, just like Obama did when he got ACA passed, and didn’t do a thing because they are happy with the DC swamp as it is.

More logical conclusion?

He copied from the server in a save as CSV file and that was loaded onto the flash drive. The that was imported into a local version of Excel and edited and then saved as a CSV file and that was imported into the server database.

No rocket science, not special software.

All databases I’ve ever used would handle import and export of CSV files. Or in the case of an IBM AS400 a flat file.

Ocam’s Razor, simplest is the most likely explanation.

The major international oil company that I worked for banned all USB drives from the company over 7 years ago. They even disabled the ports on all company owned computers because the security risks of USBs was so great.

To have USBs involved in our election process is knowingly fraudulent. Any IT person who would allow this is either happy to have insecure systems or so poor at their job that they should be forced to change professions. USBs are fine for music in a car, a home computer even, but absolutely wrong in any environment that is sensitive or needs to be secure.

Hey, you recall the Stuxnet virus?

It was a virus that got into the Iranian nuke program because some engineer inserted a memory stick into the USB drive.

But hey, what kind of creep would do that to a voting machine?

Our company does not even allow USBs to be used anywhere. All are rejected on every computer at every plant and office worldwide.

But we do make building products so the need for security is much more intense. I would hate to hear that Iran got their hands on our sheetrock formula

Spot on...even our town senior center disabled the USB ports on their public computers....15 years ago.

Of course they were more worried about gray beard hackers and geezer porn...;>)

“Dominion Easy Bake Voting Machines...”

Here in Ithaca, (the city of EVIL), we have a job service entity that advertises on radio all the time, advertising “Fresh Baked Jobs”.

That’s the first thing I thought of when I read your post.

Dominion could adapt their promotions, advertising “Fresh Baked VOTES”.

Really have to marvel at the system architecture of the Dominion voting machines and software.

Can you think of any possible way to cheat or manipulate the votes in an election o data system insecurity needed provide illicit access to manipulate vote totals they left out of the system?

Powell is seemingly 100% correct, the Dominion system is designed from the ground up to manipulate elections using a stunningly versatile variety methods. They can manufacture/duplicate ballots, mark or alter ballots using deceptive and difficult to identify fake markings, they can manipulate vote totals in real time, they can delete vote from a candidate or transfer the vote to and from competing candidates, they can report vote totals in real time both on or offline for analysis on how to manipulate the vote manipulation algorithms to provide a predetermined and plausible victory with minimal evidence of manipulation, they can manufacture "unreadable ballot" errors and achieve them for subjective "adjudication' by partisan poll workers ( they pulled this scheme in Arizona with intentionally charpy ink pen marked ballots to provide the reader errors), they can transfer votes between polling locations, they have built in backdoors for manipulation and engineered vulnerabilities to grant easy access to malware that provides user and administrative access to the system via password theft and much, much more. I'm frankly impressed by their design - it's the veritable Swiss Army Knife of election manipulation and voter fraud.
