Really have to marvel at the system architecture of the Dominion voting machines and software.

Can you think of any possible way to cheat or manipulate the votes in an election o data system insecurity needed provide illicit access to manipulate vote totals they left out of the system?

Powell is seemingly 100% correct, the Dominion system is designed from the ground up to manipulate elections using a stunningly versatile variety methods. They can manufacture/duplicate ballots, mark or alter ballots using deceptive and difficult to identify fake markings, they can manipulate vote totals in real time, they can delete vote from a candidate or transfer the vote to and from competing candidates, they can report vote totals in real time both on or offline for analysis on how to manipulate the vote manipulation algorithms to provide a predetermined and plausible victory with minimal evidence of manipulation, they can manufacture "unreadable ballot" errors and achieve them for subjective "adjudication' by partisan poll workers ( they pulled this scheme in Arizona with intentionally charpy ink pen marked ballots to provide the reader errors), they can transfer votes between polling locations, they have built in backdoors for manipulation and engineered vulnerabilities to grant easy access to malware that provides user and administrative access to the system via password theft and much, much more. I'm frankly impressed by their design - it's the veritable Swiss Army Knife of election manipulation and voter fraud.
