I used to live in Georgia!
Can I vote there too?........................
Bush/Gore was 37 days.
The supreme court is the LAST stop.
FORMER FBI Special Agent. Because everyone knows any current FBI Special Agent could not care less about this.
Hey Hannity, where is that 99% you’re always flapping yer yap about?

I can relate. Having to wait does suck the big one. Although I could be incorrect, my belief is that the underlying court cases have to all be adjudicated before being appealed to the Supremes. Cases that are won by our side wouldn’t be heard by the Supremes, because they wouldn’t be appealed.
The Dems might appeal any verdicts that are rendered in our favor, but I don’t know if that’s very likely, since time is so short.
Playing devil’s advocate, it will need to be shown that these 17,000 have actually moved out of state. If we say 17,000, even if the vast majority of those really have moved out of state, the MSM will find examples of a few who were temporarily staying with relatives out of state or who were temporarily staying at 2nd homes out of state and use that to try to discount all 17,000.
bttt
I live in Texas now, but I was born and raised in Florida which is next to Georgia. So can I get a ballot to vote in Georgia?
Secure elections @GovKemp ?
I can enter your network through your printer....
I was tempted to have it print "Gov Kemp is Guilty of TREASON" but that would be a CRIME so I refrained from doing that. Hey @DHSgov the COTS software is CHINESE giving a backdoor to our GOV. pic.twitter.com/NtdTiQk3d3— ToRE (@TweetWordz) November 30, 2020
Arrest every single one. House them in the FEMA camps that the Clowntoons and RATs set up to hold conservatives.
There’s over 17,000 indictments, and loss of voting rights for 25 years.
OK fine. Is anything being done about it?
Neither of these are clear evidence of fraud. In the first case, they are all valid voters, in the state, maybe have moved recently — might impact congressional and state races, but not really the presidential election, for which you simply have to be a resident of the state.
The second case simply indicates the people are not currently located in the state. Doesn’t mean they do not claim the state as their primary state, I signed an absentee ballot a couple years ago for a person who was temporarily living in Virginia, but had not decided where to move yet, and still had a Tennessee licence and voter registration.
These could be college students, who are allowed to claim their college town as their “residence”, but because of COVID were home, and often ARE home when it is time to do absentee ballot requests.
They could be people out of country even, who still claim residence. They might be people who own a home in Georgia, but are doing a long-term vacation elsewhere. Georgia doesn’t seem like Florida to me, but I know there are a LOT of people who go back and forth between Florida and northern states, and they simply have to pick which one is their “primary residence.”
17,000 is simply not that many voters for this to be a clear indication. I’m sure that SOME of them probably have moved long enough ago that they should have changed to their new state. On the other hand, if it is people who moved, you’d expect half of them to be Trump supporters/republicans, so this also doesn’t indicate why “trump lost”.
“””Derek Somerville found over 57,000 cast ballots in a county DIFFERENT than where they reside.”””
And were these 57,000 cast ballots by registered DEMOCRATS or REPUBLICANS?
I don’t think anything has been appealed to them yet. The Supreme Court can’t just take action on its own, someone needs to file an appeal.
One would think that a “Former FBI Agent” would know better than to intentionally publicize an ongoing FBI Covert Op. I suspect they will charge him with espionage now for revealing Classified Information.
