“I wholly believe in the idea the election was stolen from Trump but isn’t he demanding Biden has the responsibility of proving a negative?”

No. Biden has to refute enough of the claims made to shift the balance of evidence in his favor.

Proving a negative happens all the time, BTW. The trope of “you can’t prove a negative” is misunderstood and overused.

“In Pennsylvania, the state sent out 1.8 million mail-in ballots,” General McInerney said, referring to yesterday’s Pennsylvania legislature hearings. “Then they counted 2.5 million mail-in ballots. ”

Powerful if true but it isn’t accurate state level data.
Rudy needs to explain with hard data.
.
I’m rooting for Rudy to be able to prove this but it’s not passing the smell test. hopefully he was referring to some subset of Pa counties as Pa showed over 3 mil requested.
This linked writer is also supporting the fraudulent mail-ins issue and was tracking it before the election.this one has some links to source data.

Everything being done....everyone who is involved in resolving and investigating this fraud is not made known to the watching listening audience but when determined to a court.
YOU are the audience.

Prima facie case made for widespread fraud. Biden has to show there wasn’t widespread fraud, but he doesn’t need to prove all 80million votes were valid. Still an almost impossible burden. Dominion needs to come forward.

Amen to that. Hold the high grounds with Patriots ready to lay down their lives if need be.

Give us the word PDJT or General Flynn and our fore fathers will see Minute Men assemble in the millions and they will be praying for us to defeat these tyrants

We will not lay down. We will not concede.

Actually as plaintiff it’s Trump’s responsibility for proving the 80 million votes are fraudulent.

Can’t we be like the left just once and not dwell on every little point!///

“Now Biden must rebut it.”

Neither Biden nor Trump ran the election so neither one can directly affect the outcome.

Is it? Suppose I am accused of robbing a bank? I was at home at the time or else walking a trail and cannot produce a single witness to confirm my whereabouts.

How then do I prove I didn’t rob the bank?

The zoom meeting with my family on Thanksgiving kept me on my toes but I was able to trigger them all. I said “why are you guys so nervous? The media says your man won, why should my conspiracy theories about ‘it’s not over yet, has not been certified, we’ll see what happens’ bother you so much?” They laughed uncontrollably but kept coming back at me when I casually tried to change the subject. I love my family very much but I, being the only Trump supporter have suffered their ridicule for four years and this is the only time I felt triumphant in any argument with them. They are running scared and hide nervously behind a strained humor. I think deep down inside behind their joking of SEAL team six dragging him out of the oval office, there is a hint of fear and uncertainty. As each day passes I feel more confident President Trump will be vindicated and reelected.

Convince a judge of that and you're on your way.

That says it all...In 2020 Bush v. Gore, the four dissenting Rat justices strongly criticized the five-justice majority for involving the Court in state-level affairs. This is right up Robert's alley. And Kavanaugh worries me.

“The accuser has to prove that voter fraud DID occur, and it has to be proven in court.”

This is in process. The preponderance of evidence is the standard. Right now it is in Trump’s favor in the various lawsuits going on.

Affidavits are evidence. Statistical anomalies are evidence. Illegal rule changes (bypassing the legislature) are evidence. “Missing” documents are evidence. Failed chains-of-custody are evidence. Tampered-with voting machines are evidence. Bribes are evidence. Election interference (kicking out the poll watchers, boarding up the windows, false claims of “emergencies”, ballot harvesting, blah, blah) are evidence. Even the fact that the people running the elections simply failed to properly do their duty is evidence.

Now the burden is on Biden’s side to refute the preponderance of evidence - the standard - by paring down the accusations to the point where it would no longer overturn the reported results. If he cannot credibly disprove the sworn statements and explain the anomalies, he fails the preponderance standard and the election is deemed fraudulent and he is disqualified in that state. Once the first state falls, the first domino, the rest is easier. That’s where we are, now, toppling that first domino. With what looks like a pretty hefty push.

A fraudulent election must be reversed. Biden might not go to jail for the fraud, but there will be repercussions.

Exactly, and how does the police officer typically “prove” his case?

Is it not basically his testimony, that he says he saw something (e.g. his radar gun) that indicated you were speeding?

That being said, why would a police officer’s testimony be any different that the sworn affidavits of literally hundreds of poll watchers?

Yes, the testimony needs to be filed and presented, but once done, it becomes incumbent on the defendant to establish why such expert testimony is not sufficient for the court to rule in favor of the evidence.

He didn’t say he wouldn’t leave the White House. He said Biden wouldn’t enter it “as President.” IOW, he’s not really President because his vote totals are fake.
