In a sharp reversal of earlier comments to reporters, President Trump on Friday said that he'll only leave the White House if Biden can prove the election wasn't fraudulent.
"Biden can only enter the White House as President if he can prove that his ridiculous “80,000,000 votes” were not fraudulently or illegally obtained," tweeted Trump, adding "When you see what happened in Detroit, Atlanta, Philadelphia & Milwaukee, massive voter fraud, he’s got a big unsolvable problem!"

President Trump took questions from reporters on Thursday evening for the first time since Election Day. And after confirming a few days ago via Twitter that he would tell the GSA to formally begin the transition process, the president confirmed to a group of MSM journalists that he would formally surrender power to Biden should Trump's rival win the Electoral College vote.
During the scrum, Trump took about 25 minutes to rehash a series of allegations his legal team has so far made while saying flatly that Biden couldn't have done as well as he did without "fraud".
Reporters of course leapt at the opportunity to ask all kinds of salacious questions: Trump was asked if he’d physically leave the White House if the Electoral College affirms Biden’s victory - Trump replied "certainly I will, and you know that.”
After a round of antagonistic questions, Trump started lashing out at various states for dropping the ball and ruining his chances at a second term, while reiterating that this was "a rigged election...at the highest level".
Trump slammed Georgia’s Republican secretary of state - who penned an op-ed slamming Trump and his supporters - as an “enemy of the people.” He added that he would soon stage a rally in Georgia, where voters return to the polls in early January for a pair of runoff Senate races that will determine control of the Upper Chamber.
Finally, Trump repeatedly returned to questioning Joe Biden’s raw vote total, insisting the Democrat couldn’t have done so well as compared to previous Democratic candidates, although population growth historically drives growth in voting numbers while 2020 led to a particularly charged political atmosphere.
“This is not a candidate that can get 80 million votes,” he said of Biden. “The only way he got 80 million votes is through a massive fraud.”
Trump declined to say if he’d attend Biden’s inauguration, as is the custom for an outgoing president. “I’ll be honest, I know the answer, but I just don’t want to say it yet,” he said, before adding that it's "not right" that Biden has already started picking his cabinet.
Both Trump and Biden stayed close to home for the Thanksgiving holiday. The inauguration for Biden (assuming he does win the EC) would take place on Jan. 20.

Lt. General Tom McInerney (Ret’d) gave a concise and very specific update on the status of the Democrats’ attempt to steal the election from Trump and loyal Americans. He noted, in particular, that the evidence presented by Mr. Giuliani and his team on Wednesday, and the evidence contained in Sidney Powell’s filings on the same day is “nearly irrefutable”.
Powell noted in her Georgia lawsuit that 96,000 absentee ballots we not recorded and therefore must be thrown out.
According to General McInerney, there was likely some involvement in all this by the Department of Defense whose “Kraken” surveillance system helped determine that “we have Chinese and Iranian involvement. Very, very startling.”
The General offered some very specific comments on how the Democrats arranged to have the exact same perversions of the vote occur at exactly the same time in six states. The General leaves the well-substantiated impression, that, while the battle is not over, the worm may be beginning to turn in the direction of president Trump and all American patriots.

The election WILL be overturned at some level.. up to and including the house election of 1 vote per state delegation.

What would be his purpose? To get the media talking about the fraud. Right now the MSM Party Line is MOST HONEST ELECTION EVER. The Romney version of the story. And COVID-19 is the only real news.
Will the MSM take the bait? I’m not so sure. Silence is Golden if you a Biden supporter. Unless you are pitching the Covid-19 Pandemic and explaining how Biden will end it with a wave of his hand once he takes office. And of his taking office is considered a certainty, right up there with F=MA and E=MC^2.

As an immutable legal principle, any party that engages in a social contract (such as an election) and then cheats to try to unfairly “win” that contract, is disqualified by default. You cannot win an election by stealing it. There is overwhelming legal precedent for this in court decisions from both SCOTUS and Federal district courts. The recounts are irrelevant. The “certification” of the fraudulent votes is just theater. None of that matters once the overwhelming fraudulent nature of the entire operation is documented and revealed to all.
It means nothing less than the survival of our Republic.

When elections are stolen by massive fraud, then there is no rule of law.
This is true and points out the thing that makes me the most angry.
There are hundreds of credible allegations of voter fraud. Hundreds. They are corroborated by statistical anomalies, anecdotal evidence, and eyewitness testimony (affidavits). Furthermore, the factories of the steal ALL had two things in common - they inexplicably stopped counting ballots AND they removed or prevented poll watchers.
Every count of voter fraud is a felony under state/federal law. Every single one a separate count.
Why does law enforcement remain on the sideline? Why?
If the left wanted to say the vote count was legitimate would they not call for an investigation? They are not.
If the media wanted to show the country that the vote was legitimate why would they not cover these allegations and do investigative journalism? They are not. They just continue to parrot that there was no fraud or the fraud was minor and did not impact the outcome.
If Biden wanted to appear legitimate why would he not demand an investigation, interview poll workers, and let a “3rd party” tell us the vote was legitimate.
Where is Barr? Where is the Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Nevada, and Pennsylvania police? Where is the FBI?
Yes, I understand the politics, but the only investigation we see are being done by statistical nerds on the internet and a few non-mainstream investigative journalists.
This is unbelievable that investigations have not been opened all over the place by law enforcement. This is a national election involving 150 million plus people and it does not warrant an investigation? A garage pull in a NASCAR garage gets a dozen FBI agents immediately and apparent fraud in an election does not get even one?

True, but as Powell and several other prosecutors have already pointed out, there are enough expert witnesses that provide the preponderance of evidence to win the prosecutorial case.
The question becomes, “Who gets to decide?”
