You assume a court of law would actually follow the law. As anyone knows, this is foolish thinking.

Regardless of any court ruling, or lack thereof, President Trump has a legal obligation to follow the constitution. Taking these measures as outlined in this article is in no way treasonous.

Without proof of fraud then we must assume their was no fraud. One man does not make the decision that there was fraud. If he cannot convince the Supreme Court, of which he appointed three judges, that their was fraud then he does not get to make that decision.

Now if the Supreme Court did rule there was fraud and said that the house should determine the next President and their voted for Trump and the democrats attempted to use violence to install Biden he would then be within the constitution to insurrection act to stop it.
