Without proof of fraud then we must assume their was no fraud. One man does not make the decision that there was fraud. If he cannot convince the Supreme Court, of which he appointed three judges, that their was fraud then he does not get to make that decision.
Now if the Supreme Court did rule there was fraud and said that the house should determine the next President and their voted for Trump and the democrats attempted to use violence to install Biden he would then be within the constitution to insurrection act to stop it.
And if the Supreme Court doesn’t rule? So far, all the lawsuits his legal team have file in PA, GA, WI, etc. have gone nowhere.
Just like legal efforts to bring Obama, Clinton and Biden to justice failed - so will any legal effort to bring justice to a fraudulent 2020 election also fail.
Our Justice system, including the Dept. of Justice, is under the control of the Deep State.
If Trump does not go legally Scorched Earth here, he is doomed.

How can you say that? We have proof of fraud up to our ears. You mean kicking Republicans out of watching and verifying the vote count, alone, is not fraud? If you have nothing to hide, what are you hiding?
