Hundreds of students recently protested at Bates College after the school posted one photo of a College Republican leader on Instagram as part of a planned series on student voting leading up to the 2020 election.
After an outcry from students, the private college in Maine deleted the post and the school’s president appeared at a rally to apologize for his mistakes. But that’s not enough, as the students are now using the social media post as a reason to push for a list of demands....

I’m afraid the big bucks donors will still donate. “Conservative” donors pour mega millions into Auburn University which is now a typical communist indoctrination center. The donors still get a building, foyer, garden, or portico named after them so I guess they are happy enough.
Rename the school the “Bates University” whose symbol is a shovel, duct tape and a coffin marked “Free Speech”.
Bet that's an interesting donor list.
My youngest did the same thing. The day before he went back I sat him down and told him that I would pay for that semester and that was it. Don’t come home until you are ready to apologize to me and your mother. Had to stop his two older brother from taking him out behind the barn.
After one semester on his own did a complete one-eighty and not only apologized to my wife and me but to his brothers as well. All is now well.
What a society of simpering, idiotic, radicalized, moronic Snowflakes the colleges are putting out.

Their mothers and fathers are more concerned with being their friends rather than their parents. These students have never had push back from the infantile ideas public school teachers put in their brains.
Working three part time jobs to pay his bills and rent (to me) since coming home sure changed my son's attitude. Your and my objectives in turning our sons around were the same even if the approaches were a little different.
