I don’t know if this story has any basis in fact or not, but still, connecting voting machines to the internet is CRAZY!
The toughest issue in preventing crime is knowing when and where the crime is to be committed.
President Trump knew several months in advance when (November 3rd) and where (5 swing states).....
With that knowledge, a trap was set.
The cybersecurity and legal teams were assembled. Assessments and intelligence prior to the crime were compiled and a plan set.
The Trump team set the trap, collected the data, and informed Justice.....
Raids were conducted and certainly, warrants will be forthcoming.....
Many credible, serious people have staked their reputation on this.....
If I’m wrong, this will be the biggest nothing burger in American History.....but if I’m right, gird your loins....Hell is about to break loose....starting in Georgia tomorrow...

The text of the release of "8,761 files" comes from the original Wikileaks Vault 7 release from November 7, 2017, three years ago - not today as the tweet implied.
At the time, according to Vault 7: Wikileaks new Leak targeting the CIA, the Kraken:
"Appears to be an organizational tool for task management and project tracking".
That's from the people looking at the Wikileaks releases, not the CIA internal description. Specific hacking tools are listed here, and Kraken is not one of them.
Since people are going to accuse me of covering for the CIA by saying the Kraken is not hacking program: Specific hacking tools are listed here, and Kraken is not one of them.
Wikileaks' search engine leaves a lot to be desired, so if that description has been updated it would be hard to find unless you know what to look for.
I know people don't like it when the latest "bombshell" is questioned. As far as I'm concerned, we are getting too many rumors getting treated as confirmed, and next to no real confirmation. What is going on is too important to treat pretend silver bullets as saviors.

Who knew — Kraken hackin’
“Kraken is a Department of Defense cyber warfare program that tracks and hacks other systems to acquire evidence of nefarious actions of other nations & enemies.”
Software that hacks and tracks.. this isn’t a thing. Like grammatically. This isn’t a thing.
I had the feeling that ms “release the kraken” is actually manic depressive.
