1988 was the most recent time it happened. Until the 1880s the total number of electoral votes was less than 410. FDR in 1936 and Nixon in 1972 are the only two Presidents to get over 500 electoral votes.

Based on the charts that I have seen, the dems were running a 3% swap initially. 3% from Trump to Biden. But that was not hacking the program. They had to switch to a massive dark of night Biden vote dump in all the battleground states and then run a ratio algorithm. No matter what the vote update would be, Biden would get just over 50% and Trump just under 50% so the outcome would be guaranteed after they did the big vote dump. It looks like they did this in each key state that the 3% swap did not work.
I’m not sure. I don’t think even Ronald Reagan got that many EVs.

My take on this, is that if the Trump vote wasn’t so overwhelming, they wouldn’t of had to bus boxes and boxes of fake Biden ballots in (backup plan B). The raw data stand alone.
Disclaiming of course, the dead and illegal votes. They usually ain’t high enough to largely affect an election. Outside of Cali that is.
