But let’s all admit that Carlson is absolutely 100% correct about one thing: Sidney Powell had better be able to clearly and unambiguously back up her consistent claim that Dominion/Smartmatic software was manipulated to switch millions of Trump votes to Biden when these cases go to court in the coming two weeks. She has made this claim so frequently now that any judge she goes in front of is going to be very curious to see if she can back it up.
And “proof” cannot simply be an affidavit from or testimony by some former employee, which is what Powell consistently refers to whenever she is questioned about this. She will need to have first-hand, real documentary evidence to back up any verbal claim from any witness. If she does not have that, then she should not have been out there making this claim in ever press appearance she has made over the past two weeks.

Powell is an excellent lawyer and well-reknowned. Why would she stake her reputation on a lie when she has the biggest stage she has ever had?
To do that would not be rational, and if Sidney is one thing, she is rational.
As of Tucker’s diatribe on Thursday, I’m done with him. I now watch Lou Dobbs in place of Tucker, as I need to hear the truth.

and start looking at the evidence available for anyone to see.
You cannot have batch after batch after batch of votes submitted after the big vote dumps with the precise same allocations without election fraud.
What possessed Tucker to knee jerk this matter should not be overlooked by anyone. Common sense ought to have told him that the magnitude of what Powell was putting forth could not be reduced to a few soundbites or tried on television. Why did he bad mouth her, insinuating that she put up or shut up, a lawyer with impeccable credibility? I’m with Ms Powell who basically said it’s going to be a cold day in hell before she ever talks to Tucker again.
Tucker could see the evidence for himself.
He could start the investigation with his own network by reviewing the votes his own network was reporting. He could ask why VA was called so early with Trump leading.
The only reasonable explanation for calling VA so early was they knew in advance the huge vote dump was coming in the dead of night.

Sidney Powell needs to do what Robert Mueller and Adam Schiff did, bring forward the evidence of Donald Trump’s collusion with the Russians that led to his impeachment. Oh, wait. They never had any evidence did they. It was all a lie, an elaborate, convoluted lie that morphed every time they got caught lying with another concocted story.
Sidney already has more real evidence than the Democrats ever had against Trump.
Well, it sounds like she’s saying she can prove her case in about two weeks. So we won’t have to wait long.

I don't know, I would be lying if I said I was maintaining "faith" in "trust Trump's plan". To me, this has gone badly and on the way to worse. Trump would have been better served to concede the week of the eleciton.
This lawyer stuff looks to me like the O. J. Simpson legal team as regards the kind of claims and statements they are making. There still is the murder scene, the bloody glove, and the blood trail you know. The only difference is I don't think the outcomes will be the same.
Even Stacy Abrams did a better job of understanding the reality of a situation when the numbers didn't add up than Trump at this point. 80 million votes? Some say over 100 million votes and over 400 EV? I'm sure there is a plan down in the details somewhere but it doesn't mean it is a very good plan.
The State of Georgia hand recounted 100% of their ballots in 159 counties and came up within 500 votes of the machines. And I am supposed to believe that somehow coordinated fraud was even done during the recount? It is just adding up to BS at this point and someone will be held accountable. Unfortunately, I think that will be an over reaching Trump, but maybe he wants to be flushed in his Presidential afterlife. He is eroding base and in my opinion has less options now for how to continue like a Nigel Farage than he had the week of the election. I agree. This explanation was BS also. He says he has seen no evidence and no one in the white house has seen any evidence. Like Sidney Powell says, some evidence is already in the filed cases. The Ramsdell affidavit talks about several statistical impossibilities and other evidence that shows the system switched votes. There is the software “glitch” in the Michigan county that switched 6,000 votes. There is the live TV evidence showing President Trump losing votes in real time and Biden gaining votes. To say there is no evidence like Tucker says is outlandish. Tucker you are a “journalist” like you like to lecture others in the main stream media. How about you and FOX use some of your billions earned and “investigate” like journalists do and help the small legal team put together the evidence. Given the fact that you UPS important evidence across the country, it sounds like it has been a long time since you actually “investigated” anything. Eating the organic fruit in the FOX news studio is not investigation.
