It is also believed that in the 2018 election cycle, HMR was used in several state SOS and AG elections, and likely further down ballot for key 3 NOV 2020 jurisdictions. As well, one of Sanders lead staffers called out HMR anomalies, and warned it was to be used nationally in the 3 NOV 2020 presidential election cycle.
