Reposting a response from earlier, long but does may explain more about the SoS infiltration in 2018 —

Was once a TS/SCI Cyber/SIGINT tool, developed to impact foreign elections, by neutralizing efforts of dictators, and thugs on the ground, from stealing elections. HMR *was RE-PURPOSED and heavily exploited by the Obama/Biden/HRC Administration, to take out obstacles to the Obama/Clinton global “agenda”. It was widely believed (likely) used against Netanyahu in Israel, reportedly used in 2 elections in Ukraine (ultimately to the benefit of Moscow), believed to have been tested in Orange County CA, used in the 2012 re-election of Obama (as Biden recently eluded, as at that time, the electorate had shifted hard right - moving toward dominant Republican control by US House and Senate majorities, was likely used in 2016 in the near fatal election of HRC against Trump, and likely used in the 2018 Congressional election cycle, to make sure Pelosi had a wide majority and retained House leadership through the critical Trump cycle. It is also believed that in the 2018 election cycle, HMR was used in several state SOS and AG elections, and likely further down ballot for key 3 NOV 2020 jurisdictions. As well, one of Sanders lead staffers called out HMR anomalies, and warned it was to be used nationally in the 3 NOV 2020 presidential election cycle.

There is also a disturbing chance, transferred knowledge of Obama/HRC/DNC use of HMR/SCRCD could have been behind the murder of Seth Rich (DC), and possibly even Haney (NORCAL).

Dominion is the system which was accidentally caught flipping 6,000 Trump votes to Biden in one Michigan voting jurisdiction alone. HART was caught flipping 1,500 Trump votes to Biden in one Michigan county alone.

Recapping —

Many much larger digital vote anomalies have been caught instantaneously flipping hundreds of thousands of votes from Trump to Biden, and in multiple states, and from both large urban to smaller rural jurisdictions which were using Dominion and HART systs. A number of known Republican districts were flipped. The vote flipping largely took place in the early morning hours between 01:00AM to 05:00AM (Eastern), often to the exact exchange number.

What else do we know —

**Pelosi’s former Chief of Staff (Nadeam Elshami, (former press secretary for (D)Senator Barbara Boxer, Communications Director (D) Dick Durb, and Policy Director at hard left wing think-tank Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schrek), resigned his Pelosi CoS post, and went directly to work for, and to lead Dominion (ultimately 60% owned by (D) Senator Feinstein’s husband) in 2017, before the Democrat Congressional sweep in 2018.

It is possibly worthy of noting, Eshami’s Egyptian mother, is a Tennessee based Muslim activist, affiliated with the Arab American Institute, helped organize the Islamic Center of Nashville, and has been under investigation for Islamic radicalism.

It is also believed by a few analysts I have worked with, a number of Republican resignations took place through tips of imminent losses due to HMR-SCRCD, and blackmail.

Additionally, HART (parent company SCYTL app Scythe, ref reeper), is based in Spain, with accessable US election voter databases in Spain and Berlin, Germany, and is partially owned by Mitt Romney. Additionally, there are a couple of Romney staffwrs, who have also worked for both HART and Dominion.

It was also *this specific election, where hundreds of millions of dollars from known leftists billionaires and organizations, was also poured into state SoS and AG races.

It is believed by several analysts, they have identified subtle vote flipping anomalies from election night 6 NOV 2018, *for what are now Swing State SoS’s and AG’s.

The races of anomalous question include: SoS Hobbs (AZ, Sworn In JAN 2019), SoS Benson (MI, Sworn In JAN 2019), SoS Boockvar (PA, Sworn In JAN 2019), SoS Griswald (CO, Sworn In JAN 2019).
