Anew social media platform launched this week is touting its commitment to refrain from censoring users' content while allowing them the chance to engage in meaningful political and social discourse.
Clouthub, which operates out of Irvine, California, will offer users "a purpose-driven, multi-functional platform that moves beyond the self-serving 'look at me' nature of social networking," the company said in a news release this week.
Criticizing what it called "the most extraordinary examples of censorship and free speech suppression by the giant social media platforms" that have occurred in recent weeks, the company said it will "empowe[r] users to address issues they care about, to grow their influence, and to make a difference – on a platform where you can be yourself, no matter what."
Much like other social media services, users will be able to join groups, follow news feeds, and post videos and other content. Shared-interest forums will also be available.
The company also said it engages in "no datamining, tracking, or selling user data."...

Gab had its funding cut off by Paypal and Visa.
Freestarter was killed by losing its financial backing and social media blockade.
A different Patreon rival was threatened with loss of funding, so it caved to the political demands by liberals in power.
Brandon Eich founded a free commenting plugin that was banned across app stores and by social media sites.
If Parler gets any ground, Big Tech will collude with Big Banks to kill it, too. They’re already preventing it from updating via various app stores.
This is why it is meaningless to try to create ANOTHER conservative social media tool. Big Tech repeatedly illegally colludes to kill all of them.

Any group that says that is lying to begin with. You MUST censor a little: Child porn, physical threats, orchestration of riots, etcetera.
