The context indicates he’s trying to get ALL Rat votes counted.

He implies that the “fraud” consists of the GOP trying to suppress minority votes.

The “organization” likely consists of an army of lawyers and Rat poll watchers trying to prevent what they consider GOP “fraud” or “intimidation.”

The context is that Rats cannot commit fraud, only the GOP “suppression” is considered “fraud” in the Rat bizarro world.

Just like “Antifa” is supposed to be anti-fascist. It’s actually fascist.

In their world actual fraud is “anti-fraud” and their lawyers will deem any legal GOP effort to validate signatures, verify ballots, etc. as “fraud”.

I am not a lip reader but its a 24 second clip that repeats endlessly.

Watch his mouth form the words and they match exactly what he said.

The only thing that could have been done is to cut him saying “anti-” before “fraud” if someone edited the short clip.
