As the race for the White House reaches its homestretch, President Trump continues to lead opponent Joe Biden in small donor fundraising, while Biden leads among big donors.
Trump raised $252 million among small donors compared to Biden's $203.7 million, according to the latest data from the Center For Responsive Politics.
Contributions from small donors — those giving $200 or less — are a telling, but imperfect, metric in presidential campaigns, serving as a rough proxy for enthusiasm among the base. The correlation applies in this case, as Trump's lead in small donations aligns with polling showing Trump voters are more enthusiastic about their candidate than Biden voters are about theirs.
Americans who donate to campaigns are more likely to vote, according to the Pew Research Center. "Among those who say they vote always or nearly always, 21% said that they made a donation, compared with 4% of those who seldom voted or voted only part of the time," the Pew survey found.
The Center For Responsive Politics also reported that Biden has raised more money ($282.5 million) than Trump ($222.9 million) among big donors.
As a percentage of their total fundraising hauls, 52.9% of Trump's donors vs. 37.9% of Biden's donors have been smaller donors. Large contributions as a percentage of Trump's hauls were 46.8% compared to 52.9% for Biden...

What I find amusing is all the leftist news organizations that are gloating and wringing their hands with glee because Biden raised a few million more than Trump last month. What they fail to realize is that Trump started fundraising for 2020 literally the day after his innauguration in 2017 and had raised and spent close to $350 million on campaign infrastructure and a get out the vote machine before Biden secured the democrat nomination and raised his first dime.
Trump is getting more money from the people than Basement is getting from the deep state.
Trump is going to win.

IIRC it’s been the case for several decades that the Democrats raise more from big donors than the Republicans who likewise outraise the Democrats with small donors. It’s a nice counterargument to the Democrats’ “party of the little guy” mythology.

The only indicators in Biden's favor are rigged/ flawed Lamestream Media polls and the Democratic Party's penchant for voter fraud.
Even the corrupt pollsters acknowledge that MAGA Enthusiasm is higher than enthusiasm for Slow Joe. The phrase "Biden rally" is almost an oxymoron-- unless you count BLM/ ANTIFA "mostly peaceful" riots as Biden rallies. And it's not just the organized campaign events. The Deplorables are staging massive rallies on their own initiative--boating flotillas and convoys of cars that are nothing like I have ever seen in my 56 years of life. Then we have loyal Freepers monitoring astonishing early voting patterns.
How many of the millions of first time gun buyers are going to vote for the candidates of gun control and punking the police?
