Why Did the FBI Sit on Hunter Biden’s Laptop for Over One Year? We ask what the Media Refuses to Ask

Joe Biden, according to Hunter Biden’s could possibly be the most compromised Presidential candidate in the history of America, and the traditional mainstream media could be colluding with corrupt politicians to cover up the facts to deceive American voters.

“This makes Watergate look like Kindergarten,” Don Trump Jr, son of President Donald J. Trump on Sunday. “This is the stuff of Communist china!” Trump Jr. said.

The New Yor Post reported that the FBI was in possession of the laptop on which the emails were found in December 2019 — right in the middle of the impeachment of President Trump over remarks he made to the Ukrainian president about Biden’s conduct in the country.

Exactly!

The Chigaco Tribune reported in September that “Two Republican-led Senate committees issued a report Wednesday on the work Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, did in Ukraine.”

Read the full report below. Click here for more.

From a press release from the offices of Senator Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley:

U.S. Senators Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, released a report that revealed millions of dollars in questionable financial transactions between Hunter Biden and his associates and foreign individuals, including the wife of the former mayor of Moscow and individuals with ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

Hunter’s attorney confirmed ownership, recipients of the emails confirmed they are genuine. We’ll find out this week if there is an ongoing investigation, but the FBI’s top child sex crimes lawyer signed for the hard drive contents.

And how many months was it in the repair shop? How many people had access to it? Who made the copy? What proof do we have they didn’t tamper with the drive? The chain is corrupted.

I am not sure what your point is.

The beginning of an investigation is the beginning of an investigation.

Imho a reasonable law enforcement officer who received a hard drive with this information would open an investigation.

They would want to determine the bona fides of the laptop including the chain of custody.

They would want to determine what copies may have been made, including whether copies may have found their way into the hands of enemies of the United States.

This should be a routine, basic investigation, building evidence one step at a time using basic investigative techniques.

Of course you can’t get a warrant at the beginning of an investigation.

Of course you can’t go to court at the beginning of an investigation.

This is not confusing, and it is not complicated.

It’s a matter of how the computer gets to investigators. When they seize a computer from your home or office they have a clean chain of custody. It was your computer, now they have. No middlemen. No unaccounted for access. It lands in some repair shop for months with no record of who is accessing it or what they’re doing, the chain is corrupted. The best case scenario is the stuff on there is corroborated by other sources with clean chains. Which they already had access to. Which lowers any good reason to look at the laptop.

Something with a corrupted evidence chain is NOT the beginning of an investigation.

Depends on how they received it. If they received in a way that gives a crap chain of custody they’ll probably ignore it.

Actually getting a warrant is the first step to making a real investigation. You need to have something with a good evidence chain to take to a judge and say “we need permission to go get further information along these lines from these sources, and here’s why we think that information exists”. If your why is something that was sitting around some repair shop being tampered with you got nothing.

You got one thing right, it’s not confusing and it’s not complicated. You need usable evidence to go get more usable evidence.

The FBI sat on the Hunter Biden laptop info, simply, because Wray wanted to use the info to blackmail Biden IF he became President. The FBI would then run America. Maybe they already do!

You need to investigate _first_ to get enough evidence to convince a judge to give you a warrant.

That would put the warrant in the _middle_ of the investigation.

All the best evidence comes with a warrant. Most of the time your source of initial evidence is some other investigation. You’re on one chain and you find an interesting side road. Investigators have to keep their eye on the warrant and court the whole time. Because of the poison tree rule one bad step at the beginning kills everything that came from it. If they start investigating based on something with a corrupt chain, then use that information to get a warrant, then it goes to court, and the defense shows the chain was crap EVERYTHING gets thrown out. Which could wind up being your whole case. If you can’t submit the laptop to court, and you can’t use it to get a warrant, you can’t start your investigation there. Court cases can’t be won in the first days of the investigation, but they can definitely be lost.

Not really because, again, the evidence can be corroborated. A record of those emails exist on google, the cloud, yahoo, or MSN. The Beau Biden Foundation likely has a server.

You can authenticate and corroborate the communications as being real by any number of means. You could interview the addressees of the emails and ask if they are accurate.

“Chain of custody” is overcome every day by investigators who luck into evidence of criminal acts. At the very least, this evidence appears far more substantial and credible than the scant and ridiculous evidence the FBI used to investigate the Trump campaign doesn’t it?

Two standards.

Any competent investigator could make this case work—by proper investigative techniques.

You are muddying the waters, my FRiend.

The CIA and FBIAS are more of a danger to the citizens than what they pretend to protect us from.

Which JFK and RFK came to realize, and they planned to get rid of them.

And see how well that worked out.

Any competent investigator would know that once you found out somebody made a copy of the drive, than the evidence chain was crap and the laptop is useless.

I’m pointing out the waters are already muddy.

This guy has shot his mouth off on a particular point (a foolish one) and will at this point argue it until he dies. This thread has become a food fight and thus is worthless.

If it’s corroborated by other sources THOSE are the useful sources. Not the laptop. You can’t get the emails from the server based on tainted evidence. Their best case scenario is the other investigations. THOSE are useful to get access to Hunter’s email records. Ignore the laptop entirely.

No it isn’t. Not when it’s this corrupted. Whoever made the copy is the one that really screwed it all up. Because that proves others had access to it, and could modify it.

Steele was crap. Anybody gone to jail from it?

The seriousness of the charge warrants a serious investigation of the matter. I’m sure they will get to the bottom of it as they are doing right now with corroborating evidence from the people on the email chains.
PLUS, HUNTER AND HIS LAWYER have both asked for the computer’s or the hard drives back. I think that says it all.

And once again Bernie, a decent not too corrupt guy, has been stuffed into the unpleasant position of shilling for a corrupt a hole who broke many laws to take Bernie out.

I wish he could ask for a delay in election and be given joes delegates. It should have been an election of a referendum between socialism and capitalism. It would have been an actual conversation about real differences.

Instead we have this completely phony corrupt placeholder in the deepest blackmail by our enemies. Are we this stupid??? Taught to hate Trump and following this trickery without any common sense?
