Why Did the FBI Sit on Hunter Biden’s Laptop for Over One Year? We ask what the Media Refuses to Ask
DavidHarrisJr.com ^ | OCTOBER 18, 2020 | DAVID HARRIS JR.

Joe Biden, according to Hunter Biden’s could possibly be the most compromised Presidential candidate in the history of America, and the traditional mainstream media could be colluding with corrupt politicians to cover up the facts to deceive American voters.

“This makes Watergate look like Kindergarten,” Don Trump Jr, son of President Donald J. Trump on Sunday. “This is the stuff of Communist china!” Trump Jr. said.

The New Yor Post reported that the FBI was in possession of the laptop on which the emails were found in December 2019 — right in the middle of the impeachment of President Trump over remarks he made to the Ukrainian president about Biden’s conduct in the country.

Exactly!

The Chigaco Tribune reported in September that “Two Republican-led Senate committees issued a report Wednesday on the work Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, did in Ukraine.”

From a press release from the offices of Senator Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley:

U.S. Senators Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, released a report that revealed millions of dollars in questionable financial transactions between Hunter Biden and his associates and foreign individuals, including the wife of the former mayor of Moscow and individuals with ties to the Chinese Communist Party.

Not baloney and no it doesn’t. Because you can’t even prove it’s his laptop, much less the source of the info. Half the GOP in NYC claim to have seen what’s on it. Which means half the GOP in NYC had the opportunity to PUT stuff on it. It’s utterly useless.

Really people. Actually learn something about the law. You’re all talking like NCIS is real. It’s BS. Out here in reality this laptop cannot be used to legally prove ANYTHING.

When law enforcement obtains information (where they are not comfortable with the chain of custody) that is where the investigation _begins_, not where it ends!

If it's not Hunter's laptop, then why did Biden's lawyer attempt to retrieve the laptop from the computer repair guy last week?

Because you can’t prove ANYTHING on that computer ACTUALLY came from Biden. It’s been in too many hands for too long. You can’t get a warrant based on that.

The FBI got a subpoena for it last December, and took it from the repairman.

When law enforcement obtains a laptop that’s been passing around NYC for months they don’t even start an investigation.

People involved in some of those emails have already said that the emails are authentic. That’s a start.

Note that NO ONE in the Biden campaign has said ONE WORD against the actual veracity of the material in question. In fact, they wanted “their” property back.

White liberal 'elite' crooks in DC write laws so they can steal and take bribes and have it in 'the gray zone'.

The FBI can only go after people they feel have broken the law - and the way the 'laws' are written (by corrupt lawmakers) gives cover to liberal 'elite' crooks in DC and their families and friends....

My suggestion is for decent people in the FBI to start 'leaking' to the New York Post and explaining the ambiguity of the 'laws' these crooks in Congress write to protect themselves from things the rest of us would be arrested for.

It's NOT just the FBI that has a problem..

It certainly derailed a lot of Trump’s agenda.

We don’t need to get Biden in jail.

We just need to defeat him in the election.

What’s good for the goose...

I didn’t say it wasn’t. I said it can’t be legally proven to be. Understand English.

Good for them. And then they probably noticed the thing had been messed with a bunch and was legally useless.

Oooh. You seem upset. In any event, that’s what investigations are for, obviously.

They need to make a decision whether the information matches other information they have, and see whether it merits an investigation or not.

This is _not_ a slam dunk decision either way.

Context is _everything_.

Have they said that under oath?

Biden campaign shouldn’t say anything about it. It’s the old LBJ rule: make em deny it. We’ve long known denying something gives it veracity in the eye of the public. Also it keeps a story alive. Ignore it and it goes away.

Not really. The dems were going to oppose anything Trump did out of spite. And a bunch of the GOP didn’t like him for how he campaigned in the primaries. Trump’s agenda always had an uphill battle. And really the only people who cared about Steele already hated him. Kinda like how the only people that care about the laptop already hate Biden. It’s all choir preaching.

And why - when the FBI finally commented publicly - did they say they were investigating the matter as possible “foreign (Russian) disinformation,” rather than as possible corruption on the part of the Bidens?

I am an investigator with more than 30 years experience. a trainee investigator could take that laptop and authenticate it and if not could collaborate most or all the info it contains, and use it to make a large criminal case. you need to learn the law and investigative techniques. no need for ncis try 60's Perry Mason techniques.

the original laptop was taken by the fib and in their custody. all the rest are copies...
