Rudy was right about the Chinese having this information and far more. According to this video, the CCP created much of it as part of a blackmail scheme and there's much more to come.
The accuracy of what he reveals that we've seen so far implies he's correct about what is to come out soon.

Why would they need to create a blackmail scheme against Beijing Biden? The guy has, and would more so as president, roll over for them at nearly every turn.
Creating blackmail against him runs the risk of it going public which would hurt Biden (with many of the fence sitters and "independents" out there) and help Trump.
No, it wasn't a blackmail scheme concocted by the CCP...it was simple greed/grift/corruption/dirty politics from the Chinese and from the Bidens who were used to lining their pockets along the way.
