On Saturday it was reported that a local Denver news producer and the news agency’s ‘bodyguard’ were taken into custody for the fatal shooting of a Trump supporter during dueling rallies on Saturday. What we didn’t discuss was the agitator who stirred up the mess and who has done it before, Jacob Kelly.

Here are the still frames of the shooting from the DP photographer. The fake security guard or the reporter likely said something to get Keltner’s attention. The sequence is missing a few crucial pictures. Notice both the shooter and the reporter are in defensive position and not backing down. It looks to me like the shooter got ticked off his hat was knocked off.

You would think so. But I have seen specific cases where the credentials of contractors is not what it should be, so I have always thought it was a gray area that is wholly dependent on the company doing the contracting.
The end customer in many cases doesn’t know they are working with a contractor. That alone is proof to me they should have the same credentials, but...since it is often opaque to the end user...one never knows.

I believe Wray is a mainstream Republican. GOP has been rotten to the core.
Looked to me like the fake security guard laid hands on Keltner first, which is a no-no. Keltner open handed him on the side of his head knocking his hat off and his sunglasses askew.
Then the fake security guard drew his gun. And this is where the crux of the fault accrues with the fake security guard. He should never, NEVER have drawn his weapon.
Then Keltner sprayed him (appropriately IMO...when the fake security guy drew, Keltner would have been justified in drawing and shooting him then and there to “remove the threat” which was unilaterally escalated. But Keltner likely knew he couldn’t have drawn in time, and if he drew, he would have been shot which would have muddied the situation enough where if Keltner had survived, the Leftists would have prosecuted him for sure)
Then the fake security guard shot him in an unprovoked escalation of force. In courses I have taken, being slugged by someone is not grounds alone for drawing a weapon. If you are slugged and being assaulted by a mob, sure.
Doloff escalated first by laying hands on him, which Keltner responded appropriately and lawfully to. Then Doloff escalated again by drawing his weapon. And that is where he is going to hang. Right there.
I am a full 2nd Amendment advocate, even for those people I disagree with, but I occasionally have this fleeting impression that anyone who votes Democrat should be denied that right.
How many conservatives do we see engaging in unlawful firearm violence? My gut tells me that it would be on the order of 95% of unlawful firearm violence is perpetrated by non-conservatives.
I agree completely with you that he is a snake. If Trump wins, I expect him to be replaced in short order.
The trouble with that is that while BLM/Antifa enjoy police/law enforcement/national guard protection.....patriots don’t. In fact, the very second a patriot lifts a finger in these situations, the law comes down hard...on us.
Things will need to get so bad that the patriots are so large in number, and in such a state of furor that it no longer matters. And that is where there’s the potential for this to turn into a civil war.
Here where I live, we just had the police assist the commies in shutting down the freeway so they could “protest”. The only action of the PD, was to ASSIST the commies. This of course is outraging the locals, of ALL colors as more and more people of color realize that this movement isn’t about their rights, it’s about the freak left’s rights.

I’m educated guessing here but the shooter, the instigator, the reporter and the reporter’s photographer colleague, with near certainty, engaged in a conspiracy to instigate a violent confrontation. There’s likely a felony in those pre-shooting activities and thus the resulting murder should make all 4 of the conspirators GUILTY OF FELONY MURDER!

Aurora/Arapahoe is not Denver. The District Attorney is a conservative and LEO has a spine.
My take is fake news and the fake security guard are f****d. The videos leaking out are really bad, I suspect undisclosed text messages and emails are even worse. Time will tell...
Honestly, I have lost faith in our Law Enforcement agencies, and would not be surprised to see the man walk.
But in analyzing this encounter (And you can be sure, many instructors in self-defense courses are likely going to use this case, since it appears to be classic to me) the murderer clearly escalated it. Being the armed entity, he is obligated by law not to escalate the situation, or he will pay the price.
I sure hope he does pay the price.
9 News has been covering this up. They are responsible for bringing an armed, unlicensed, ununiformed, Trump-hating thug to that rally and should be responsible for what happened as a result.
On a side note, it appears pepper spray isn’t effective at all for self defense.
He was contracted to Pinkerton but so.far Pinkerton hasn’t revealed who he rely works for
