Vice Presidential nominee and Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) appeared to be reading from a teleprompter Monday during Amy Coney Barrett’s SCOTUS confirmation hearing.
Kamala Harris appeared virtually for Monday’s Senate Judiciary hearing and seemed to be reading her opening statement from a teleprompter.
Kamala Harris is in her office which is in the same building as the SCOTUS hearing so this has nothing to do with Covid

All of them seemed to be reading from prepared remarks.
She is an expert on the things she talked about - illegitimacy and stuffing things.
On day 1, most have prepared remarks, teleprompter or typed notes to get their carefully thought (?) opinion into the record.
You don't even need a "teleprompter" to do it.
They were all reading speeches. No shock there.
And they all said the same thing. No shock there either.
When you’re bought and paid-for-ya better NOT say anything ‘off script’!

Lecturing the Senate about doing their jobs. What a team - Biden/Harris afraid to come out and go to work while the rest of the country has BEEN out there trying to live life and get back to normalcy.
Well, of course she is. It’s hard to remember lies. OTOH, republicans probably prepared their opening statements, too. Why wouldn’t they?

I detest Heels Up Harris, but reading from a teleprompter or reading from a prepared text on the desk in front of you (as Judge ACB did) is pretty standard fare.
Especially all those "black woman stocking the shelves" so that sloJoe can go shopping.
