There was a shooting today in Denver, Colorado as patriots and Antifa-BLM mobs faced off.
The shooting was caught on video.

What you say makes perfect sense of course, but we've all heard stories of folks who were arrested for defending themselves and their property.. In this day and age it seems that what's right and what's wrong isn't about the law as written.. It's about what's politically correct at the place and the time of occurrence.. :(
The Mayors, courts, judges, and prosecutors have gone off the rails and all need the fear of God, and fear of the people, put into them..

They will increase their activity within the cities and then move it out into the rural areas. Matter of fact, they have already attempted doing that.
Now, if Trump enacts the insurrection act as soon as he is re-elected it will stop much of the problems. BUT, will the military leadership obey orders..
I do not doubt the decent people are sick and tired of this. But decent people will have to be the point of the spear whether they like it or not. As for the Feds? I doubt very much if the Federal law enforcement outside of the US Marshals will do much. Local Law Enforcement? Depends on where the problems are-hasnt worked to well so far has it?
Martial law will also have to be enacted in those areas.
By the look of his grip on the gun, he knew what he was doing. So no surprise he was some type of security.

That would be what one would expect the police to do. But in the Democrat run cities where Antifa and BLM riot at will the police do not defend the conservatives. In fact they usually arrest the conservatives who try to defend themselves after the police let the leftists attack the conservatives.
In every case, even obvious self defense the police and the DAs go after the conservatives. And they certainly don't keep the Antifa thugs away from the conservatives.

I don't count on the prosecutor to bring chages. Might call it self-defense and just take the heat from the few locals that object. Then too, if there is a trial, locals could acquit or hang jury. Very liberal town, propbably a majority is all for killing conservatives. Whatever it takes.
