What you say makes perfect sense of course, but we've all heard stories of folks who were arrested for defending themselves and their property.. In this day and age it seems that what's right and what's wrong isn't about the law as written.. It's about what's politically correct at the place and the time of occurrence.. :(
The Mayors, courts, judges, and prosecutors have gone off the rails and all need the fear of God, and fear of the people, put into them..
This is true. But, the political correctness will not win in the end. It will be a hard road, but those we see persecuted for exercising their rights will win.
