I do think he will bow out of the debate. But I did receive a feisty text from him today indicating how eager he was to meet Trump in 9 days and defeat him in an epic debate.
He’s not up to that challenge. He will have to find a last minute excuse to not show up. At this point, denying Trump a forum for his extremist views seems off the table — given Joe’s current level of eagerness. My thought is that Joe will get COVID a day or two before the event. “I’m too sick to campaign like a normal politician” may be the best strategy they have at this point.
I really don’t understand his reluctance to take questions from what amounts to his campaign staff. He knows that they would just gently toss cotton balls at him, something like “Do you think Trump is the evilest, vilest person to ever walk the face of the earth?”, “would you be a much better president?” That’s exactly what they would ask him.
But seriously, this literally demented coot is way ahead in the polls?
Then again, maybe the sheeple don't know. Does anyone else remember the crazy lady who wanted to change her Iowa Caucus vote for Mayor Pete after she found out that he was gay?
There is no way he is going to debate. They will come up with some last minute excuse.

I really dont like or respect Joe Biden but it is unnerving to watch him essentially being tortured - ridiculed and pitied- into this charade that he is fit to lead a nation.

The labored breathing was so obvious at the beginning of his speech and he looks awful. Besides his elevator missing a few floors he has an obvious physical issue, too. Heart failure or COPD perhaps causing that shortness of breath. Is there a miracle drug out there that will get him through a debate? Trump made a joke about it but that sure seems to be the only option.

If it were not for the democrat party Propaganda Machine AKA, the MSM covering for him 24/7 this guy wouldn’t have a chance in hell of winning a single state.

Biden’s labored breathing at the start of his speech should be a big concern. It was obvious that at times he at deviated from his teleprompter and uttered his usual jibberish.

I agree about the debate. I suspect they insist on a virtual debate at the last moment. Joe has serious problems and his handlers must be burning the midnight oil trying to figure a way to get him through the debates.
