Dead
I would say that was the most likely situation. It was a non-issue in 1962, nobody knew Byron White's personal moral beliefs about abortion, including probably White himself. He might have even come to the conclusion it was morally wrong during the Roe case itself, even if that had nothing to do with his legal writings on the matter
White was a card-carrying RAT outspoken in campaigning for JFK, the usual AFL-CIO, SEIU, etc. (whatever those groups were called in the 60s) were pushing hard for him, and by all accounts he loyally did their bidding, so JFK gave him the nod.
White was only 44 at the time of his appointment -- another reason why judges tend to end up far removed from what the issues of the day when they were appointed. He served until 1993.
“Satan does not create. Only God Almighty does.
........................................
Have you always been so stupid? Satan, also known as the Devil, has been creating sinners ever since he himself was cast into hell. God doesnt create sinners, son, thats Satans job!”
God tells us that He and He alone creates. Satan manipulates with lies and distortions God’s creation.
You can express your views without degrading the person you are speaking with if you choose. “Have you always been so stupid?” Isn’t that what Satan told Eve?
