The reason for Joe’s prepared remarks yesterday was to accuse President Trump of starting the wildfires on the West Coast, creating hurricanes in the Atlantic, allowing the COVID-19 pandemic into the country thus causing the resultant economic collapse, and encouraging the “emboldened white supremacy” he’s certain is out there. He covered a lot of ground in a very few minutes; impressive for an old man of little brain.
For that reason I recognize him today as a man outstanding in his field: an honor he has earned time and time again.

I don’t know anything about an IV hole on Biden’s hand but I must say that anyone can get iv vitamin and mineral infusions to help prevent covid or a worst case of covid.
I haven’t seen any holes and bruises on Trump’s hand.
If they wanted to give Biden a preventative, they could have given him hydroxychloroquine - same thing Trump took.

In some pics Joe has a mark on his hand that looks like it’s the result of a peripheral IV site.
I had one of those done once during an ER visit. Which turned into a big adventure because they were training a nursing student and they didn’t supervise her closely. It was for administering a dose of lasix to knock down edema. The last of a long list of instructions she got was “now be sure to inject it slowly”.
By the time the poor student got everything set up she forgot that last item and hit the plunger like a champ, dumping the entire load all at once. My temperature must have dropped 10 degrees instantly and I fell off the exam table. Figured she had killed me for sure. Good times.
