Jill reminds me of Frank Sinatra’s last wife. Kept him up on the stage performing when when his shelf life had come and gone. Sad to watch. Then (Sinatra) and now (Biden)...Pitiful.

I remember seeing Sinatra in his later years singing the same verse of a song twice and messing up the lyrics. It was painful to watch.
Indeed. A good friend was in the orchestra that backed Sinatra in Vegas. He confirms what you stated about Barbara Marx. He said that in the early stages, Frank needed large cue cards from which he read the lyrics. At the end, he couldn't even read the cue cards.

Biden could have ‘white brain matter disease’...often misdiagnosed for Dementia because it’s not easily seen on mri’s until it’s more advanced.
The guy has some.cognitive issues but I.don’t think this is necessarily an example of such. When your schedule is managed by other people, as most politicians are, you pretty much go where staff point reading the primer they give you and meeting with some Joe Schmoes they lay in your path.

It can lead to that...however I have a family member who suffered two serious falls....in her later years they believed it was dementia but her brain showed no shrinkage. ....eventually and seeking further Doctors in ‘Tramatic Brain Injury’ the true reason was discovered. She does not have Alzheiner’s nor Dementia nor eveidence of that.

Sad story. He had arena and concert halls with screens in all directions for the lyrics but at times still said to the audience “I don’t know where in the hell I am in this song” for ones he had sung all his life.
At least one biographer said the audiences loved him and would have been content with him sitting on a stool, holding a microphone under a spotlight on stage talking about his life and stories about friends. But he pushed himself to sing again.
