I dont see a problem with it. Consider you have elected officials who have assumed offices of authority under false and misleading pretenses, and have willfully violated their Constitutional oaths.

Yeah-and thats our problem. You dont see a problem. You want to get bent out of shape when the rule of law is violated or when the constitution is violated by the left but you will hypothetically say you dont see a problem with this.
No wonder we are so screwed in this country-we have people like you on our side-who think the rule of law only counts sometimes and the constitution only matters SOMETIMES-and the oath that many of us took to defend it doesnt mean anything when times get tough.

The problem with that is that (if the story is correct) is that the sheriff just jeopardized every arrest he ever made - he endorsed tampering with evidence, lying under oath, etc.
