Friends and compatriots honored the memory of Aaron Joseph Danielson — known by the sound of his middle initial, Jay — during a celebration of life at Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver.
Danielson, who frequently attended protests to film and as a member of the local conservative group Patriot Prayer, was shot and killed in downtown Portland seven days before, during the tail-end of a Trump 2020 car parade that turned chaotic, and ultimately deadly, as it entered the streets of downtown Portland on Aug. 29.
The memorial service was held on Saturday, Sept. 5 — one day after what would have been Danielson’s 40th birthday on Sept. 4.
A member of the Proud Boys is hospitalized with severe injuries from being hit by a car after attending a memorial for Aaron “Jay” Danielson, the President Donald Trump supporter who was murdered by Antifa in Portland. Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio told The Gateway Pundit that the victim is bleeding from his brain, damaged his left temporal lobe, has a concussion and is suffering from amnesia and cannot remember the incident.
A man who witnessed the incident, Rex Fergus, told the Gateway Pundit that the man “started walking around the bar and recording us, putting his phone in our faces, supposedly for doxing.”
“As he was doing that, one of our guys confronted him and said ‘hey, get out of here, we don’t want you filming us. This is a private establishment and we’re not in public.’ The man continued to try to pick fights with people in the bar at the time, until security finally kicked him out of the bar,” Fergus said.

As the man was kicked out of the bar, there were several Proud Boys in the parking lot smoking cigarettes and just arriving from the memorial service. Fergus explained that the man had also become combative with them, so Shane pulled his phone out and started filming him back.
“Once the guy started his vehicle up and started to drive off, he hit Shane,” Fergus said. “Shane tried to get out of the way and the guy ran him over.” Fergus filmed videos of the aftermath.

The man believed to have killed Danielson was himself killed by law enforcement Thursday when he pulled a gun during an arrest attempt, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
The alleged shooter, Michael Forest Reinoehl, 48, was present in Camas at the BLM rally held on Friday, August 28 described himself in a social media post as “100% ANTIFA.
In my view much of this like the virus hysteria rotates around influencing the election. Once that is over the motivation is moot and for the most part it will subside. Now if the election is contested it may actually get worse.

Respectfully, I disagree. The virus scare, the rioting, impeachment, etc. are all part of the plot to overthrow the government and establish themselves as rulers. That won’t stop because of the election. Oh, it’ll become more subtle if Hiden Biden cheats big enough. But it won’t stop until they get what they want - absolute power.
In a discussion of the many decades of Arab-Israeli wars a historian said in all conflicts there has to be one side resoundingly and decisively victorious. That is the only way to end small skirmishes followed by ceasefires repeated ad nauseum.

Well I think with no re-election to worry about Trump can take the gloves off and do what really needs to be done with the rioters and the deep state saboteurs. You may both be right and even Trump won’t be able to stop the nation killing Tsunami. The fact that Trump will be free in this sense is not lost on the ruling class and they may have the means to make sure he cannot win.
Everyone knows what the answer is. Everyone is afraid to voice it out loud, for fear of vilification and accusations of being a violent "right wing extremist". Point to a single Marxist insurgency that went quietly in to the night without bloodshed.

First, every American must just refuse the illegal edicts. Say NO. Act accordingly.
Second, vote R, for every office.The small, non-partisan offices, too, especially school boards. Run for office if you can. Locals know the candidates and can vote accordingly.
Third, organize. Hire attorneys, set up escrow accounts and deposit all taxes for prog-run institutions (schools up to the university level, primarily). Send proof of deposits as will satisfy tax law. Publicly state why the monies are being withheld. Look to Vietnam-era war resistors for guidance. People did this with no punishment and some continue to withhold military percentages to this day.
Fourth, fight back. Decide your own level of involvement, from passive support to active civil disobedience. No mask. Withdraw children from school. Leave Blue Enclaves. Arrange legal and financial support in advance if you decide to make public statements and actions. Call out the lies. Sue where applicable. Organize and participate in counter-protests. Join and organize class actions.
Fifth, prepare for the fallout from the above. Have supplies and money stashed out of reach of Blue State administrations. Relocate vulnerable family members. Wear body cams. Set up surveillance and, if possible, security to protect property. Arrange security for family members who will not relocate. Disengage emotionally, physically and economically from those you know will turn against you when choices need to be made. Keep your own counsel in these matters.
Sixth, seek out and join with like-minded individuals and engage in asymmetric action to your group level of comfort.
Study Partisan movements in similarly attacked countries, historically and recently. It goes without saying that the internet is compromised. Behave accordingly, unless you have chosen martyrdom.
As an elder with limited means, I have chosen to go to ground in a sympatico area of a Trump-supporting state currently occupied by a commie administration. We do what we can to encourage and support younger, more active people. We will support legitimate LEO and military. We will contribute as we can to legal measures of resistance.
Expand your questioning beyond law and order. The tyrants will happily supply their own version of that and it is not ours. Anarcho-tyrants swim in the community ocean when under pressure, only to re-emerge whenever & wherever they judge conditions favorable to them. Observe. Gather intelligence. Use it wisely.
Law and order arise from the individual. Suspect and scrutinize all actions that only come from the top down, even from the side you favor.
This could end quickly, as people all over the globe are rising up and demanding freedom and truth. THAT is the true foundation of a civil society.
It’s going to take vigilante justice.
I know how people react to the thought when someone mentions it but at this point in time, it’s all we have left.
